It is close to all major Poconos attractions for winter fun like Ski Slopes, Camelback, Kalahari, Mt Airy Casino, etc.

The Space:
We have thoughtfully equipped our home with multiple modern features for your comfort, convenience, and entertainment.

For your comfort and convenience:

Self-check-in: Easily check yourself in with the smart lock at any time of the day after 3:00 PM.

A huge driveway to park all of your and your guest’s cars – up to 10 cars.

House has 3 full bathrooms to cater to a large family or group. No need to scramble and jostle in the morning. All linens and towels etc are also provided.

Our oversized eat-in kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. We are avid cooks and felt the need to have pots/pans/blender/coffee maker/pantry essentials for you to enjoy. We provide complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar. There is also a formal dining room located next to the kitchen.

We offer spotlessly clean & well-maintained accommodations.

Each room is equipped with flat-screen LED TV and a large selection of cable channels

For your entertainment and relaxation:

A 5 person hot tub where you can have a relaxing bath with a gentle massage under a beautiful gazebo. This gazebo is equipped with a mosquito net and heavy-duty curtains that can act as a wind barrier in winter, while also providing privacy for our guests.

An 8-foot pool table is available inside the house.

A games room equipped with a premium quality ping pong, air hockey, and foosball table.

The living room has a large flat-screen TV so that you can enjoy movies and shows with the family.

The living room also has an Xbox-360 gaming console and speaker system for your entertainment.

Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi for you to relax and enjoy a luxurious bath.

The patio has a firepit, bar-be-que grill, patio table, and plenty of chairs for you so that you can relax and enjoy your evenings with bar-be-que and wine in our large outdoor yard, while kids enjoy slides and swings on our backyard play set

Plus you’ll have access to the community’s beautiful private lake/beach, 18 holes golf course, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, bar, and restaurant with lake view.

Absolutely no fireworks are allowed at the property or anywhere in the community. There is a fine of $500 imposed by the community for the violators which will be the renter’s responsibility.


Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and large back private patio and yard. You’ll also have access to the community’s lake, restaurant, bar, golf, tennis, pool* & fitness center**

The neighborhood
The community has free access to the lake and tennis courts. Access to pool* and fitness center** is available for a nominal charge. By the lake, pool, and tennis courts there is an excellent Bar, with a beautiful lake view and a spacious grill restaurant.

As part of the mandatory community registration process for all guests, we will reach out to you for a list of names/ages for guests and car make/model and plate numbers a week or two before your arrival. This registration provides 10 free passes for guests to enjoy community facilities. Out of these 10 passes, 6 passes can be used at the swimming pool. Guests can purchase 4 additional swimming pool passes for $10 per person per day. Please note, maximum 10 passes are allowed for swimming by the community office, irrespective of the total number of guests staying at the property. These passes are in the form of a wristband that can be used by any person interchangeably, if you do not put it on your wrist. So, potentially, every person in the group can use these passes, but at any given time, more than 10 people from one short-term rental can not be in the pool simultaneously.

* Lake Beach - is open for all registered guests and it has a lifeguard on duty during peak times but available only from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend
** Swimming pool - is outdoor and available only from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend.
