At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Seacrest, Dare to Dream makes vacation life easy, especially when the private beach is just a 59-second golf cart ride away (yes, someone timed it).

Surrounded by Watersound and Alys Beach, with plenty of spots to eat, shop, and wander. Out back, a private, shady patio is made for lazy afternoons, with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, and zero rush to be anywhere.

Inside, the living area is roomy and relaxed, the kitchen’s fully stocked, and the dining table fits seven. On the main floor, there’s a guest room, queen, with French doors to the backyard, and a playful bunk room down the hall that’s made for the kids (or kids-at-heart). They share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, the primary suite is all yours, complete with a private bath, dual vanity, and another tub/shower combo for end-of-day unwinding.

Oversee 30A is local, responsive, and always a text away. We’re here every day to help keep things smooth, and our 24/7 emergency line is ready just in case something weird happens (like a toaster rebellion).

Outstanding Family Venue

Clean and well maintained home with plenty of space for the young and old. Location near beach and the golf cart included made the trek easy. Would return to this property in the future!

Nice Family Vacation!

Golf cart and bikes were great…excellent location…close to beach…only negative was TVs didn’t seem to have an active signal but we might have not followed directions properly.

Hidden Paradise

The property was absolutely wonderful. Short golf cart ride to beach and beautiful neighborhood. Centrally located to Seagrove and Rosemary beach areas. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway.

February 2021 Stay

Dare to Dream was wonderful for our family of four! There was plenty of space and the golf cart was amazing. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the golf cart made the trip to and from the beach quick! Love the quiet neighborhood this home is in and the long dead end street which is great for bike riding and walks. We really enjoyed this place and highly recommend!

August 2020 Stay

Dare To Dream was the perfect house for us. We have 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space and the house is beautiful. Very well decorated and clean from top to bottom. The golf cart and bikes were a huge benefit and helped make our short trek to the beach easier. The staff at Oversee were super nice and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Beach Vacation

Beautiful home! Great location and easy communication if there are questions. Only problem was the golf cart would not work for us. Even after charging it all night. Other than that it was perfect for everyone. Will def book this again.

The beach access is close and easy! Management was prompt when I had questions. It truly is the best location as we were close to so many great restaurants and areas with live music, etc. The house had everything we needed for our trip. We will absolutely be staying here again. We have ZERO complaints!

Home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dare to dream was the perfect beach home. It was very tastefully decorated and had plenty of room for our family of four. The golf cart was very nice to transport to and from the beach. I would like to mention there are nearly 50 stairs to climb up and down to get to the beach. Our kids are older so this was not an issue for us. The beach is very beautiful here, quiet, and very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back to this area again soon. We love the charm of 30A and enjoy the small town feel!

Beach Memories Made

Five Star stay at Dare to Dream! We took a last minute family vacation with our two small girls, a big gamble potentially. What a great payoff! The house is beautiful and decorated so well. Spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our requests from staff were answered immediately, a 5 star plus in my book. The house was within walking distance of the beach, but we used the available golf cart every time. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze and I think my girls enjoyed that even more than the beach! The house is located at the end of a private cove that backs up to state park land. It is so quiet and private. There was some light construction across the street but it was a non-issue for us. We could not hear it and we had littles taking naps during the day even. Could not have been a better vacation. Thank you Oversee Rentals for making our getaway a huge success!

May 2021 Stay

We loved our stay at Dare to Dream! Location was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and somewhat wooded, but you really are just a 1-minute golf cart ride from the beach. The beach access is convenient and it was never too busy. Even though we visited at a busy time of year (late May), we always had plenty of space to park our golf cart and set up on the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Mattresses are extremely comfortable. We loved that there was an outdoor shower and screened-in back patio. We had one issue during our stay... we initially couldn’t find the golf cart cord. Oversee got back to us promptly and was very helpful, and we quickly located the cord. The Wi-Fi also wasn’t very good, but really, the entire 30A area just doesn’t seem to have great internet access. We would love to stay at an Oversee property again. Excellent overall experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice and about a half mile from the beach, so the golf cart was a definite must! The golf cart can only be driven to and from the beach, as it doesn’t have a license plate. That was fine for us but is something other enters might want to know in advance. Bikes were nice to have as well. Plenty of room for all of us. WiFi was terrible, so do not stay here if you’ll need to work. We called to have it looked at and they came out, but even after that it would come in and out and was very unpredictable. Had to put a blanket on the chair in the living space because it was pretty dirty. There was also a blanket in the closet that was covered with hair. Beach was great and not crowded in this area. We enjoyed our stay!

Not a great experience!

Upon our arrival the kitchen sink was full of dirty water and had a leak. The leak was repaired the following day. Also upon our arrival the garbage cans in the backyard were overflowing and trash had been scattered by animals. The property manager stopped by and cleaned up most of the trash the first day but the animals scattering trash proved to be a daily nuisance. We selected this rental over several others because it came with a golf cart. The golf cart was broken and we were stranded at the front of the neighborhood with full beach gear. We had to push the cart back a half mile. We were never able to use the beach access associated with this property because it was golf cart parking only. Each day we had to drive several miles to find a public beach access that wasn't full. One of the televisions was missing a cable and management had to bring one. Additionally there are two dining room chairs with broken legs and two bar stools that were too unstable to sit in.

Overall I was pleased with the property, but listing needs to include current updates.

The house is perfect for a family. Overall the experience was good, but a few things should clarified on the listing. The neighborhood has a significant amount of construction and remodeling going on(16) to be exact on this street, with (1) directly in front of this rental and (1) directly behind so there were lots of contractors daily and a porta potty view from the kitchen and dining room. The golf cart can ONLY be used to and from the beach (so not that much of a BONUS and listing is misleading). I notified the manager of popping noise upon arrival and someone was supposed to come out, but no one ever showed up. Golf Cart ride to beach is less than 1 minute and parking was never an issue for my family, The bicycles were a nice feature as well. There were beach chairs available on site. The GRILL was NOT usuable and is actually a fire hazard due to-grates being caked in old food and grease and the grease pans were full and actually caught on fire when we turned it on(disappointed). The beach access has (58) steps as most in this area do. The house was nice and clean, but some of the perks were misleading. Reservations required for most restaurants and make sure to book well in ADVANCE! Quiet neighborhood minus the bobcats clearing land, hammering and music of contractors working AT 6AM. Overall good experience, but will probably look for something closer to beach and rent a golf cart that can actually be driven on 30A with less construction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect! Just the right amount of space for our family. Great location. The only thing I would suggest is for there to be an additional lock on the front door. Our 15 month old could open the door from the inside since it only had the key lock pad and no way to lock from the inside. Otherwise the house was perfect, we would definitely stay here again. The convenience of the app for checking in & property info was very nice to have.

Missed the point

The outside porches were filthy and furniture in need of repair and cleaning so no outside sitting for us. Location was quiet and beds comfortable. Limited supply of paper products like no Kleenex, toilet broken (offered to come fix but didn’t want repair man inside when we were gone). Golf cart was a nice feature to ride to beach ONLY. Construction across the street was very irritating with a lovely ports potty to look at. Would not return considering the 1,600 rental.

Perfect Beach location

We had a wonderful time. The house is located at the end of a quiet street. Even in the height of summer vacation, we were quite secluded and had lost of the beach to ourselves.
