Welcome to Villa Rosa!! This very unique one a kind property is the perfect place for your vacation. This home has the following features:
6 Bedrooms (4 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen/Full, 1 Twin with trundle)
6.5 Baths (4 are private baths)
Multi level sections to the house to allow for privacy.
Huge 1500 Sq Ft kitchen/Living Room/Dining at the center of the home.

Walk into a stunning grand foyer with soaring ceilings and 8 French Doors (windows) that allow for 180 degree views of the water. From every area of the main living room, kitchen, and dining room you can see the Intracoastal Bay. The kitchen comes fully equipped to serve 16 guests, including both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The pantry is a custom built in with plenty of room for all your items. Slow cooker, rice cooker, steamers, blender, mixer, we have provided it all. This home has 3 sleeping areas to maintain privacy and space with larger groups. On the top level is the master to the left of the landing and 2 other bedrooms on the right up a small flight of stairs. From the landing and the master you can access the biggest balcony that looks over the pool to the beautiful water view. In the master you will find an amazing his/her bath with separate toilets, sinks, a vary large shower on his side, and an amazing jacuzzi bath on her side. There is even a bidet! Another very special area of this home is the suite on the right side of the home. This suite features a king bed with a twin bed w/trundle for family members with small children, a comfy seating area with a TV and a stunning bathroom with the biggest shower in the entire home. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the outside kitchen on the back patio! From the water views in nearly every room, the long list of amenities, and breathtaking sunrise and sunsets, you will not be disappointed with this very rare home.

Beautiful grounds and views. Lots of space for 10 to spread out comfortably. Well appointed kitchen. Covered Pool is wonderful and house is not far from Navarre beach for beach lovers. Overall clean and well maintained property. Looking forward to our stay next year!!

House was big enough for family and friends to stay for our wedding week. Pool was awesome. Grounds were perfect for our wedding. Can’t do much better than being right in the bay- beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood and very relaxing.

Good time

I have to admit after reading reviews, i was concerned about the cleanliness of this house, i found no such issues …. My recommendations: bring bath towels for the pool, a towel or 2 was in the bathrooms, but not enough Same with kitchen towels, bring some, only a couple provided Bring some folding chairs, a couple of poolside chairs are there, just not enough We had an issue first night with the back room above the garage being to warm, but once we figured out the thermostat is in the master suite( behind a lamp) no further issues Overall we had a great stay( 11 of us) if the house isnt sold we will come back next year, we love the area

Bay Villa

This property was perfect fit for our family of eleven. It was very well set up to where everyone had plenty of room. The boat dock was a great plus for our boat and jet skis. We were right on the sound so we saw a lot of wildlife from our yard also. Overall, our family loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Calming and Relaxing

We loved the water view. It was so quiet that it made relaxing easy. My husband and I are retired, but our adult children work so hard in the medical field, teaching field and the cabinet making business and finishing carpentry and they were able to totally relax on this trip and never wanted to leave. We fished and cooked and enjoyed just being together. We definitely want to come back. I would like to give a shoutout to Jose who came and fixed a problem, was very kind and patient and even took our garbage cans to be picked up. He’s a keeper. Thank you! We would like to stay there next year, if possible.

Needs work!

Positives: the space was great! Plenty of room-every family had their own room/space. The views are stunning. Negatives: the hot water heater for the right side of the house didn’t work. We had to call the property manager several times before we were in touch with someone. We left a voicemail and sent an e mail and didn’t get a response. We called several times and finally got a person who told us to light the pilot light. We had to find the hot water heater. We re-lit the pilot light but it wouldn’t stay lit. The pool vacuum didn’t work, the pool didn’t filter correctly and the pool surface started to collect a film and the water started to get cloudy. The ladder into the bay was broken and covered in barnacles so we couldn’t get into the bay. The ladder in the boat house was also broken and covered in barnacles. The grass was high and in need of maintenance. There was no instruction on where the A/C control was. One was behind a lamp in the upstairs bedroom. There is an Alexa in the kitchen with a camera. We turned the camera off since we dressed young children in the den/kitchen area. I understand the property is on the market, but as long as it’s being offered as a vacation rental it should still be maintained as such. Overall rating is 3 stars for the room. But there are many issues. The property managers need to respond more promptly.

Great, relaxing home on the bay!

This is our 2nd stay here and it is a beautiful, very large and beautiful house that backs up to the bay! Private boat dock if you bring your boat, nice pool. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. We will stay here again the future someday!

Beautiful

Beautiful house and property. Super access to the water. The property is away all the noise of loud drunken people, but within driving distance of many beaches. So much room! Are boys and their wives had their own space without disturbing the others. We will definitely be staying hwre again in the future. Thank you all for a beautiful week.

Our family trip

It was a beautiful home, and a nice quiet area. This is our family trip we take somewhere every year. This was our first time there to that area. We have 14 in our party. House was very nice but could have used a good cleaning. Towels were to be provided but we only had 8 for 14 people. We had to go to the store to buy more. In the original picture and amenities it said it had a hot tub and was in the picture. It did not have a hot tub. The pool is covered which was nice no bugs. We had a problem with the oven when we arrived that the owner addressed very quickly, he said he would have to order the complete panel to repair but that left us without an oven. Made cooking for 14 people hard just using a toaster oven. Several doors had trouble opening closing. Possible due to climate. Several bar chairs were in need of repair. Overall we loved to location and the house. Just wish we could have not had to experience they problems.

Awesome fishing and real luxury

Just a perfect location for people like water views, nature and luxury houses. You can fish from three sides of this house and we caught fish on all three. Rod holders buried along the bulk heads was such a nice surprise. The house was more than we needed but we enjoyed dealing with that. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful

This property is phenomenal. The house is the most beautiful home I have ever been in, each room with its own water view, and several with balconies. The walk-in showers in the master suites are glorious. It was perfect for our family reunion and wedding. The old oaks, the large lawn, the pool, the fire pit, all perfect for our outdoor event.

This house has everything and then some!

The house and property were absolutely stunning. Each room was spacious and with it’s own bathroom. The pool was nice to have for the kiddos, fishing was great, and dolphins came to visit daily. The property management team has great communication and responded well and in a timely manner about an issue we encountered during our stay. However, this same team needs to look this property over better. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the home. The pool had the vacuum in it but not running, the house flooring was definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival, the dining table ledge was pretty gross, and the flat surfaces had not been wiped prior to arrival either. With such a high price tag on the cleaning fee, these are things I would expect to be cleaned, bare min.

Beautiful & Peaceful Location

Great property, lots of room for everyone, comfy beds, clean, you really can't beat this house for this area. Peace and quiet if you want or go into town for activities. The views are incredible and the breeze coming in from the water keeps you comfortable. The only suggestions would be more seating in the pool area to accommodate the number of people the house can hold and more towels for the kitchen and bathrooms. We seemed to be short a few forks and could have used instructions for operating the TVs. None of these things would keep me from renting this place again, it's a really GREAT property.

Family vacation

This was an awesome property. Having the pool and intercostal and boat dock was great. Lot of room for all 14 of us. It does need some updating with ceiling fans and more outdoor seating. The outdoor kitchen area needs cleaning and updating. It needs a good deep cleaning with fan blades and under beds. We did have an issue with one of the air conditioner units but owner brought out portable unit till they could get someone out to look at it. Overall it was a great place we would stay again. Good location to go to destin during the day.

Huge House

The house itself accommodated us very well. The location and the views were great. House had some minor problems that need to be addressed . We will even with the issues we had certainly keep this in mind for another trip.

Relaxing Getaway

This place was amazing for our group of 10. The views are spectacular from the bedrooms. The private areas for each couple were really nice and we would come back to this place again.
