Villa and guest house with outstanding sea views extensive gardens and huge pool

Fabulous family villa (designed by the American architect, Frank Lloyd- Wright) and guesthouse in large, private gardens with many tropical plants, roses and citrus fruits. The urbanisation is one of the oldest on the Costa del Sol and has patrolling security at night. Most of the people who live here are permanent residents, giving the area a feeling of calm and stability- no night clubs in the neighbourhood, although you will find them a 15 minute car drive away.
The house has been our family home for over 30 years which means it doesn't have the typical "rental property feel". There are games and books, sewing stuff, toys, videos, dvd´s, a fully equipped kitchen, my cooking books, spices and baking stuffs. Please use it! There are two fridge freezers, washing machine/drier (although I never use it, preferring to dry the clothes naturally) a large Weber bbq, wifi, satellite tv, play house, basketball hoop, football goal, table tennis, beach bags & toys etc.
You are more than welcome to pick lemons for your evening drinks. There are several tropical and semi-tropical plants and fruits as well as roses and lilies, depending on the time of year. The pool is very large for a private villa and has a fence with 2 lockable gates. There is a slide (removable) and a diving board.
The property is ideal for families of three generations for example, and big enough so that you can all enjoy your own space or come together by the pool or dining table or one of the seating areas.
We supply all linen and towels as well as beach chairs, beach toys and cool bags- the house is and has been, our home for over 30 years so is fully equipped for families.
The villa has French doors in all rooms facing the expansive, flat lawns, making this a very easy and comfortable way to live for all ages. There are several seating areas, both in shade and sun, and we have four shaded areas for dining, drinks or relaxing, One outside the dining room, one by the pool, one behind the house and the other overlooking the sea.
There are several Championship golf courses nearby and a driving range within 0.5km. Gym, tennis and padel close-by. Beaches, many of them with Blue Flags, are within a 10 minute drive as is Aqua Park, Selwo Marina, Fuengirola Zoo and Benalmadena Marina. For anyone wanting to travel further, there are excellent train connections to Malaga, Cordoba, Sevilla and Madrid. This is a quiet area without bars and restaurants within the urbanisation but the village of Benalmadena Pueblo has a surprisingly large selection of really good restaurants!
Our 1 dog (Rango) may be on the property but not anywhere in your areas- he is looked after by the gardener and although very friendly, we ask that you don´t let him out (you are likely to lose your bbq chicken...or get his company in the pool). Please do not feed him.
