Your spacious luxe studio suite offers you your own private entrance along the side walkway adorned with a small garden and outdoor bistro set.
Your spacious studio is decorated in soothing lavender colorways and offers a distinct style.
The kitchenette offers a convection oven microwave, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, stainless steel sink, double hot plate, new stainless steel refrigerator (2021), utensils, pots pans and glassware. Perfect for solo travelers, couples or business travel. Also provided a welcome basket, coffee, lavender tea, fresh fruit, chocolates, handpicked flowers from the garden when available lavender spray at your bedside and other lavender themed amenities.
Lavender scented hand soap, Dr. Teals lavender body wash, lavender shampoo, plush bath towels, blow dryer, garment steamer, beach bag and beach towels are also provided.
The suite also features a water softener which is fabulous for your skin!
Free street parking and a rear parking lot on premises as well.

PLEASE NOTE *If you’re traveling together with one or two other adults please view our DOWNTOWN LAVENDER HOUSE 1 Bedroom Cottage on the premises as well!

There is a retractable swivel 360 wall mount Smart TV so you can watch from bed, the loveseat or the bistro set. ( Netflix and antenna TV included) and 600 Mbps WIFI Xfinity internet.
A new queen mattress with allerease mattress cover, memory foam pillows, air conditioning, and a large walk in closet complete the space.
Your master bathroom entrance offers double sinks, tub shower combination utilizing our water softener, a front load washer, dryer and linen/ storage closet. Your outdoor space includes a bistro set and you will have access to a shared BBQ grill as well!
We are located in the well sought after chic historic Parrot Cove neighborhood. 6 blocks through our charming neighborhood is the municipal golf course entrance with waterfront dining and we are only half a block from the end of the course (bring your clubs).
2 blocks to downtown Lake Ave and all events free concerts seasonal parades and so much more!
The park and the intracoastal are only a few blocks and the beach is 8/10 of a mile and a scenic walk across the Intracoastal bridge.
On Saturdays in season we have the Lake Worth Farmers Market.
Lake Worth Playhouse, unique restaurants, bars antiques, coffee houses and much more all a short walk or Circuit electric car service away.
10 minutes to West Palm Beach airport
45 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport
Citiplace, Palm Beach Island, the West Palm Beach Convention Center and West Palm Beach International Airport all just minutes away.

Great Host and Location

The location of this property is perfect. Close to everything you need and still far enough away to feel secluded. My wife and I stayed there for 5 days and it worked for us, but in hindsight we wish we would have rented her other location that is larger, but connected to the same house. Basically, the location is a home with 2 locations (smaller studio and larger cottage) on each side of the primary residence. Adriane is a great host and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect.

It felt like we arrived home at the Lavender House.

We thought our delayed travel plans were going to be a problem for check in. Adriane accomodated us like a perfect host. She was very responsive as our flights got later and later. Keeping in contact with us was awesome. The house and our accomodations were so welcoming and warm. The decore, the cookware (lol) towels and even the lovely aroma within the rooms set the tone. We knew our florida getaway was going to be fantastic. The beach chairs came in very handy. Walking into town was nice. Thank you very much for your hospitality

What a gem!

Adriane made our stay very comfortable. She went out of her way to make my husband’s surprise birthday get away perfect! This little town is so enjoyable. Great food- live music- and the beach life too! We seriously can’t wait to come back!

Sweet Place and Awesome Host

Sweet little property with plenty of room for my husband and I. It’s close to restaurants and shops but quiet and somewhat secluded. Adriane was very attentive to our needs but she didn’t hover or bother us one bit. The property was clean and comfortable. We’re used to a King bed but the Queen size gave us no problems. We will plan to stay here again in the future. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Experience

I stayed at the Lavender Studio Apartment, and I can't say enough about my time there. Adriane was the best host. She was accommodating, easy to chat with, pleasant, thoughtful and friendly. The studio was adorable, clean and neat. It had a homey vibe and such good energy. I loved the attention to detail that Adriane put into the studio. I am looking forward to staying there in the future. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you, Adriane!

Lovely Lavender!

We moved to Florida from Northwest Indiana and booked 6 weeks at the Lavender House, intending to stay there while we house hunted. As it worked out, were able to stay with a friend as we looked for new home, but found our area at the Lavender House to be clean, neat, tidy and cozy. Adriane was extremely accomodating, pleasant, and a total sweetheart! We HIGHLY recommend her not only a GREAT property owner, but a new friend!

Our Lake Worth Vacation

My wife and I lived in Lake Worth 20 years and we decided to vacation there, We visited with old friends, ate at our favorite restaurants, and enjoyed the beach. We stayed at The Lavender House in the beautiful Parrot Cove district. Our host, Adriane, was wonderful. It was if were staying with family. Our apartment was perfect in every way. We look forward to returning!

All the Comforts of Home

Adriene is a wonderful host. Our suite was super clean and super cute. The mattress was very comfy and we appreciated having Netflix. This had been highly recommended by a family member and we were certainly not disappointed in the least. 🥰

If you are planning to stay in Lake Worth, then Adriane’s Lavender House is a great choice. Adriane was a fantastic host and very kind. The Lavender House is really nicely decorated and very cozy. It had everything we needed and Adriane was very eager to make sure we had a great stay.

Excellent stay and a wonderful host

The property was perfect for what I needed and Adriane was a wonderful host. She was very attentive and responsive to any needs or requests. Absolutely no complaints and I will look to stay here again if I ever come back to WPB.

Super Location !

This property is located so that you can walk everywhere! The beach and many restaurants, clubs, bars, art galleries and shops are all within walking distance. Adriane was a great host!

Lavendar Fields

Upon arrival Adrienne was so welcoming. My flight didn't arrive until 9p so I didn't get there until 1030p after luggage and rental car. The studio is exactly how you see it in pictures. It is clean and has everything one could need. The European kitchen was perfect as I like my coffee first thing...if you stay in a hotel it's just not the same. The location is perfect. I walked to the intracoastal every morning and to the beach one time. Had I not had plans with friends I'd have walked to the beach every day. Overall 5 stars! Clean, cozy and convenient and the hostess was super sweet. I will return in November and stay here. Thank you Adrienne!

Pleasant stay in Lake Worth

Nice low density residential neighbourhood, proximity to the beach and a friendly and attentive host are the three best features of this property. From the description online we assumed we were renting a small standone cottage - but instead it was a portion carved out of a house with two ground level vacation units. We had no idea there was a choice between the front studio and the rear one bedroom unit, and ended up in the front studio - with its entry door leading into the space through the BATHROOM. A strange arrangement - but we got used to it. We would have loved the slightly larger unit for some more elbow room. The studio - with no real table available, made the laptop in the lap - the only solution for some work time required. The space was clean and well equiped. A window air conditioning was noisy and was not always cooling the place efficiently. This is a pleasant place for a beach vacation.

Adriane’s Lavendar house in Lake Worth was the perfect Place for my stay while there on business for the week. The studio was comfortable and well stocked with all I needed for my stay The location was great with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Walked to the beach and back one evening - was a nice walk. Adriane was easy to communicate with and helpful in recommending places to eat etc. Highly recommend considering the Lavendar House for your visit

Lavender lovely

Our experience at the lavender studio cottage was perfect. The studio is large enough for two adults. Very comfortable and clean. Adriane has many thoughtful details for us to enjoy. The little kitchen was very efficient. However we found our location so close to the quaint downtown we took advantage of the many outside restaurants. Glad to say in our one week stay I never cooked a dinner. Location is in a quiet historical part of the city with many historical cottages to look at. The cottage is very close to the golf course, grocery store, nature park and walking trails along the intracoastal waterways. A short walk over the bridge and a block from the beautiful ocean made this for a perfect first time holiday to lake worth beach. We would return and recommend this rental and most definitely her one bedroom cottage at the back. She has a very pretty garden , green and lush. I traveled to downtown Lake Worth 10 years ago and fell in love with the charming cottages, vacation like atmosphere, friendly people and perfect seaside location. I planned to purchase a cottage here once my children were off on their own and my dreams came true in 2017 when I found Downtown Lavender House cottage! I feel very fortunate to be able to live here year round and walk to the beach!
Parrot Cove in Downtown Lake Worth is a highly coveted neighborhood that is adorned with historic cottages like mine. It is bordered on the east side by our municipal golf course, intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic ocean and to the south side by Lucerne and Lake Ave, both offering unique dining experiences bars a playhouse art museums antique malls street festivals and more.

The lavender colorways and distinct style of our home’s exterior not only exude charm but makes it most memorable to locals and visitors alike. A day doesn’t go by when people dont stop and tell us that they love our house even asking permission for photos!
And If you’re traveling with another couple we also have a deluxe spacious studio on premises. The fabulous location of the cottage means you will be within walking distance to the beach, all the shops restaurants banks bars food trucks and more.
You can even walk to our seasonal farmers market on Saturday mornings just over the bridge which is 3 blocks away as is our public park where many events such antique car shows are also held!
