Simply wonderful

My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this property. Check in was super easy and communication with the owner was wonderful. He provided simple and detailed instructions on the property and where to park on arrival.The apartment was a perfect fit for 2, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property is very clean and well maintained. Also, conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. We would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Perfect Location in West Palm Beach

I had a wonderful stay in WPB at Andrew and Laura's place. It is IDEALLY located just steps away from the intercoastal and very short drives to any location in the Palm Beaches. Very quiet and safe and the apartment is nicely appointed with some extra recreation perks as well (bikes, tennis equipment, and more). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental unit. Plenty of space for a couple or single. Check in and out was simple and communication with Andrew was excellent with very quick responses. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Palm Beaches area.

Fabulous staycation

We’re from the west coast, came over to a concert. The property, location & cute amenities were awesome! Loved the bikes available for use, we rode to downtown WPB & got some food & enjoyed a couple of adult beverages, there is shopping & all sorts of other fun things to scope out. Shall we venture back to WPB we will def be making arrangements to stay here again - it was perfect! From booking to check-out & all in between was easy, no hassles. Highly recommend!

West Palm getaway

Very nice property, exactly as pictured. Very cozy and comfortable for me and my husband. Had a short stay in West Palm enroute to another destination in Fl. Centrally located near beaches just a short drive. 1 block from Intercoastal. Having access to use the bikes on the property was an added bonus we enjoyed. Also having chairs and beach accessories available to use very convenient! Would stay here again if visiting the same area.

Good deal for the money

The property was perfect for my 20 year old daughter and I who I was visiting. The bed is only a queen, but super comfortable and there is actually room to move around in the bathroom. My daughter brought her blow up bed that she used in the living room so we both had privacy. The porch was great for coffee in the morning and to sit and chat in the evening. I would rent it again.

wonderful stay

This property was just as the photos show. The owner was super responsive to any questions I had. I don't think the listing mentions it, but it has an alarm you can activate. Though it is in a safe location, I am used to using one at home, so I felt more at ease using it while I was away. I really enjoyed this property from sitting on the porch reading and relaxing, to cooking dinner on the grill, to walking and biking to the causeway. It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect overall

It was perfect overall! Location was a 5 minute bike-ride to my brother and that was my highest priority. Also, I wanted to be close to the Intercoastal for biking. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is also conveniently located to Publix, CVS but away from the noise and traffic on Dixie. There could be more different sized glasses; there were not enough. The main criticism was the laundry room. I think you should know about - lint in the dryer filter was extremely thick - this is a fire hazard; and, there was litter all over the floor, boxes, linens thrown everywhere. totally messy. I took pictures if you would like to see them. The bikes were wonderful and an added amenity to your property. For us, your property is perfect and we've reserved the main house for a month in 2025!

The host was very welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The apartment is very comfortable. Because the weather was so cold we watched a little more TV than normal. It’s a great Roku set up. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend.

Great place

Small enough to be efficient but large enough to be comfortable. Interstate close to be able to travel to multiple beaches. Walking distance to great restaurants like Havana and Howley’s. Very good hosts. .

West Palm Beach Oasis!!

The pictures online do not convey how sweet & cozy this delicious zen abode is! I wish I were still there! Makes me dream of building the same hideaway in my own backyard in NJ. From 1st impression upon entering the clean, soothing apartment, to waking up after the best sleep ever in the snuggliest bed, we both were very sad to leave. Andrew is truly a Super host, gave us immediate replies to all of our questions upon arrival & also, great info on where to eat & get coffee. The bathroom is very spacious as is the whole apartment. The only negative are the steps up to the apartment but that is because I always pack too much stuff! We binged watched a series on Amazon on the huge TV in the living room on a couch made for snoozing! I was able to make breakfast smoothies in the AM in the blender & fresh coffee in the 4 pot coffee maker. I wish we had stayed here earlier as we rented another townhouse the week before which was awful. We would MOST definitely stay here again the next time we visit WPB. I will make sure it is for a much longer visit! Highly recommend!

Attention to every detail

Comfortable bed, luxury linens, bikes, beach bags and towels, our favorite board games, well stocked and large kitchen, the best shower head ever, and beautifully decorated. This place is awesome and the location is perfect. We hope to return often over the next 4 years as our son attends PBA. Thank you for everything!
