The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, TV, and desk area for those who need to stay connected during their stay. The en-suite bathroom features a giant walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.
The second bedroom also has a comfy queen bed and access to the beautifully designed hall bathroom with its luxurious tub and shower combo. The living room is perfect for casual gatherings with friends or family dinners at the dining table. And don't worry about bringing kitchen essentials - our spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with gas appliances so you can whip up delicious meals while enjoying company.

Great location but property needs some deep cleaning and updates. The first cabinet I opened the door fell off. The furniture is cheep and the dresser actually tipped when 2 drawers were open. Garbage disposal and dishwasher filter were filthy and no basic cleaning supplies are provided. Refrigerator filter needs changing and shower is moldy. Duvet covers did not have comforters in them and no blankets on the bed. If you cook the kitchen is lacking some supplies. We had to purchase hot pads and a pizza cutter. The grill brush was also destroyed. We stayed for 3 weeks and had to contact property manager weekly about the garbage pick up. Can is in the back alley and the instructions state to leave it there but garbage company did not go in the alley. We also had some very loud neighbors that made it difficult to enjoy the backyard. This neighborhood seems to have a young demographic of renters.

Fantastic stay

As someone that used to reside in the area, the location is superb. Located close to nightlife and entertainment area along with other fantastic dining locations. Property is well taken care of and the host is easy to get into contact with. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed

We needed a place that could accommodate a long weekend when we had our small dogs traveling with us. We had several questions before booking to which the host responded very promptly and was very helpful. We found the house just as described in the listing. It was comfortable and well located to access Old Town Scottsdale. The yard was a very nice “plus feature” that made the stay feel like being at home. Thank you!

We can't say enough great things about this property. We stayed for two weeks and have nothing but positive comments. Beautiful, clean and updated property. We brought our dog—yard was perfect for him. Location was great for access to Old Town and golf.

Well-appointed and Maintained House Close to Old Town

We choose the house as a base for attending Spring Training games, and we had an excellent stay. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and well-located. It is walking distance from restaurants and other attractions of Old Town Scottsdale, but without the noise, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house appears to have been updated recently and is in a pristine condition. The back garden is an added bonus, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax. This is a first rate property and fully merits five stars.

April stay

Overall it's a great place. The back yard is great for our dog to run around in and enjoy. The inside was very nice. The couch needs replacing, its well worn. And we thought 1 more chair in the living room would be ideal. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I guess the murphy bed in the 2nd bedroom is rather uncomfortable, from what our daughter told us. We did enjoy our stay and would go back.

Scottsdale get away

Location is awesome but nearby restaurants and bars do play their music in the evenings quite loudly. Not a huge deal but noticeable. Home is well equipped. Master showerhead needs to be replaced. Provided exactly what we needed.

Needs some updating.

Location was great. Yard was great for our dog. Couch is essentially broken and unusable. So nowhere to comfortably sit in the main living area. Towels provided were paper thin and too small to cover the things they should cover.

Great location for Scottsdale 5th Avenue area. Very clean. Very secure yard for the dog. Nice patio area. Master bedroom's bed very comfortable. Guest bedroom's bed not comfortable.

The property was nice and a great location. I had a little trouble checking because the lockbox was open and had no keys, but the management company was very responsive and it did not take long for me to get in.

Great Backyard Space Terrible Second Bed

Cons: The bed in the second bedroom really isn't a bed. It is a murphy bed which is like of sleeping on a pull-out sofa sleeper, very uncomfortable. Pros: The backyard is amazing. The furniture is perfect for relaxing in the peaceful backyard.

Perfect weekend getaway home!

The house was clean and comfortable and Elite provided great customer service. When I called before my arrival with a question, I spoke to someone promptly and they answered my questions accurately and timely on the first try, all with a smile in their voice. When my friend and I arrived, we had everything we needed, including very fluffy bath towels. The home is also very convenient, walking distance, to Old Town Scottsdale which made the stay extra fun.

Hazelwood Property

We enjoyed our stay at the Hazelwood property. It was clean and updated. The house was well equipped with all the basics we needed. We loved having a garage. When we asked for assistance with figuring out the tv someone came the same day. There was a nice outside sitting area. We would rent this property again.
