This location is ideal for business travelers attending conventions, corporate events, or exhibitions at the World Conference Center or America’s Mart. For sports fans, the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (home of the Falcons and Atlanta United) and State Farm Arena (home of the Hawks) are just a short walk away.
World-class attractions are at your doorstep, including:
World of Coca-Cola
Centennial Olympic Park
Georgia Aquarium
CNN Center
Georgia State University
The neighborhood is also surrounded by countless restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a block, so you’ll never run out of dining or quick snack options.
Transportation couldn’t be easier—you’re right between the Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations, both just a 5-minute walk. From there, you’ll have direct train access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, as well as connections to explore the greater Atlanta area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also plentiful and typically arrive within minutes.
Whether you’re here for work, play, or both, this location puts you at the center of everything Atlanta has to offer.
You’ll have full access to the entire condo during your stay—this space is completely yours to enjoy, so please make yourself at home. Relax in the living area, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private bedroom.
For your convenience, a digital door code will be provided before your arrival, allowing for smooth and secure check-in. Once inside, you’ll also find a key fob that makes it easy to enter and exit the building throughout your stay.
The building itself offers additional amenities:
Laundry facilities are located on the bottom floor, available for guest use at any time.
A 24-hour concierge is on-site to greet you, assist with entry, and provide general building access.
Everything you need has been arranged to ensure a seamless experience, whether you’re staying for business, leisure, or a little of both.
Soft morning light filters through the windows as the city wakes below, offering a calm perch high above the streets of downtown Atlanta. From the balcony, you can feel the winter air drift past while the skyline stretches out in every direction, a quiet moment before the day’s events. Inside, the condo stays peaceful, its insulated setting creating a comfortable retreat after exploring the nearby museums, stadiums, or conference halls.
Living area and workspace
Set on the 19th floor of Peachtree Towers, this condo provides sweeping downtown views along with a notably quiet interior. The living space offers room to unwind, gather, or focus, supported by dimmable lighting that shifts easily from daytime productivity to relaxed evenings. An HDTV with standard cable and multiple streaming services pairs with WiFi to keep you connected, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door makes working during your stay straightforward.
Sleeping arrangements
Up to six guests can settle in across two bedrooms and a sofa bed, with bed linens and essentials provided. Two bathrooms, each refreshed with clean finishes and stocked with bathroom essentials, help mornings move smoothly whether you are preparing for a workday or heading to nearby attractions.
Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen gives you the option to cook when the schedule feels full or the weather encourages staying in. The dining table offers space for meals, planning, or an easy laptop setup. Coffee is provided so you can start winter mornings at your own pace before stepping out into the Hotel District.
Outdoor space and building features
The balcony offers a spot to take in the skyline or enjoy a breath of cool air. The building includes an elevator that meets accessibility measurements and provides both paid parking on premises and paid parking off premises. Washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays, and self check-in with a smart lock adds convenience.
Amenities and essentials
You will find bathroom essentials, heating, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and entertainment options support longer stays, and housekeeping is available at extra cost. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas, elevators, and entry doors, with no cameras inside the condo.
Neighborhood
Located in the Hotel District, the condo places you within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia World Congress Center, the World of Coca-Cola, and numerous restaurants and cafés. Two MARTA stations are about a five-minute walk, offering direct access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and the broader city.
Perfect for
Business travelers, sports fans, couples, or small groups seeking a central home base will find the setting practical and welcoming, especially during Atlanta’s crisp winter season when indoor comfort and easy walkability matter most.
Getting around couldn’t be easier. A surface parking lot is located directly next to the building, and a parking deck is just one block away. Limited street parking is also available, though it can be difficult to find during peak times. Please note: parking fees are not included with your stay and must be paid separately.
For those without a car, rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are almost always available within 5 minutes and are very reasonably priced. Plus, with the Peachtree Center MARTA Station only a short walk away, you’ll have quick access to the airport and the entire Atlanta metro area.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
