90m² lake view terrace - Family - Disney & Paris - 300 metres RER A - Calm

Thank you for your review. I'm delighted that you were very satisfied.

It was a pleasure to welcome you and I greatly appreciated the quality of our discussions.

Thank you for your review and for your kind comments about the apartment, the comfortable beds, my hospitality and its excellent location for Disneyland Paris. I am sorry that you found the apartment too warm. Your stay unfortunately coincided with an exceptional heatwave, during a summer marked by historically high temperatures in France. As the apartment is on the top floor, the heat can be more noticeable in such conditions. However, it has windows on both sides allowing good cross-ventilation, and three fans are available for guests. Regarding storage, I would like to clarify that only one wardrobe contains some personal belongings. Guests have access to a large completely empty wardrobe in one bedroom, part of another large wardrobe, as well as an empty chest of drawers in another bedroom. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room for guests and their belongings. I am sorry if these storage spaces were not sufficiently clear and will make sure they are better indicated in the future. Thank you again for your feedback and I am glad you enjoyed your stay.

Merci Dominick pour cette appréciation. Ce fut un plaisir de vous recevoir Merci d'avoir pris soin de l'appartement

Hello Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment about your stay. I'm delighted that you enjoyed the welcome, the peaceful surroundings and the proximity to transport links. I would like to apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the air conditioning. At no time did I indicate in my advert that there was air conditioning, but I have just noticed that an automatic pictogram mentioned this option on the platform. I didn't add this information myself, and I've just corrected it immediately to avoid any future confusion. I fully understand that this may have affected your comfort, especially in hot weather, and I'm sincerely sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps me to improve the announcement and the experience of future travellers. Best regards, Rémi

Merci pour votre commentaire La résidence n'a aucun ascenseur du fait qu'il n'y a que 2 étages, mais je comprend que cela peut être un handicap pour les personne âgées.
