Hi. My name is Martina. I am the owner and day to day manager of Door County Stay, a local company that offers five high quality, five star rated, vacation rental homes in the Baileys Harbor Area of Door County. To complete your rental you will have to sign our e agreement. I have five properties listed and if for some reason one property is not available or suitable, I may propose that you stay at one of my other properties.

Vacation 2019

Great space for our whole family to get together on vacation! Close to playground, food/bar, lake, ice cream and only a short drive for hiking and all the other Door County specialties. Quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful property!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this sweet cottage! It was very clean and well taken care of. Martina is absolutely lovely and was very good at communicating. We would love to be back sometime! Do yourself a favor and book this rental!

Great home and location

Our group of four adults and two children thoroughly enjoyed staying at Carraig Beag. The photos do not do justice to how large the rooms are. The setting is lovely, with everything in Baileys Harbor within walking distance. And the owner could not have been nicer.

Downtown Baileys Harbor

Location was great - right in downtown Bailey's Harbor. Lovely front deck and back patio area. Hosts were very attentive. We had a couple of small issues and they were taken care of immediately.

Great weekend in Bailey's Harbor

My wife and I went to Bailey's Harbor for a weekend getaway. We stayed at Carraig Beag Cottage. The cottage is well stocked and very comfortable. It is in town and we were able to walk everywhere. It's a great time of year to wander around and explore the area before the summer crowds make their way north. Martina, who is actually the owner was a pleasure to work with. Can't wait to go back up for a longer stay with the kids.

The Carraig Mor Cottage in Baileys Harbor is Great!

Our party of six (two children and four adults) plus a small dog rented the Carraig Mor Cottage in Baileys Harbor for a week in late summer 2022. We have rented lots of different homes in Door County over the years and this was the nicest property we've had. Communicating with Martina was easy and she was very kind and helpful. The house was very clean, the furniture and the decor was nice, the towels were fluffy, and the backyard was nice and big, The property is in a great location and is in walking distance of LOTS of things in downtown Baileys Harbor.

Cute, cozy, and comfortable home

We had a ladies weekend and it was the perfect home. It was really clean and gave us the comfort and relaxing vibe we were looking for. It is walking distance to the park, pub and fine dining which we also enjoyed. Neighbors were quiet. Location was close to many attractions. Martina was amazing at communication and responding to my questions, before, during and even at checkout time. As we wanted to leave our cars behind to check out the Farmer's market.

Bike Ride Weekend

We biked all weekend and were able to rest well in your home. It was fun to have the Door County Brewery a block away! I would recommend this to anyone as a good home "base" for exploring Door County.

Perfect vacation spot

The house was great - very clean and set up perfectly for our family. Door County was beautiful and we enjoyed it. The house is located conveniently in the middle of Door County so we were able to easily access the whole peninsula. There were little touches in the house that made it very comfortable. There were toys and games for my grandchildren. The box of blocks kept my 2 year old grandson entertained. Martina answered all of our questions quickly. We often rent houses for our vacations and this is one of the best we have experienced.

Great House, Great Location!

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. There were 5 adults and my 2 1/2 year old daughter. The house is located on the quieter side of the peninsula but still had plenty of restaurants and activities, but also a short drive to the busier areas such as Fish Creek and Sister Bay. The house was very clean and comfortable with great furnishings. We all loved visiting Cana Island Lighthouse which was close by as well as the Hands On Art Studio on a rainy morning. A fun local brewery is also within very close walking distance plus the many wineries in the area! Many things for both adults and children to enjoy!

Wonderful Fall Family Getaway

We had an absolutely brilliant weekend in a beautiful location at a stunning time of the year. The a Fall colors were stunning and evident all around. The house is a great size and is lovely and clean. It has everything you need for a family vacation. I was especially impressed that there were both a crib and a highchair available. The only reason I can't give this house a 5 star is that for me it was inconvenient bringing your own bed linen and towels. This is an expensive property and markets itself at the upper end of the market. For these prices I would expect linen to be included, particularly when you're paying an additional cleaning fee. We find going away with two young kids requires a lot of paraphernalia and I wish linen and towels would have been one less thing I needed to worry about. Also at the end of a long drive making beds wasn't what I wanted to deal with. However, Martina was such a delight to deal with that I wish I could give 5 stars. We had such an amazing time that we definitely will go back. My four year old didn't want to leave! There's a great playground across the road and some great restaurants in the area. We can't wait to introduce more family and friends to Door County and to more of Martina and Jerry's properties even if it means bringing our own linen!

Had a Great Time

We all really enjoyed out time at the cottage. It was close enough to the other areas that had more activities but it was nice and quiet. The cottage was well kept and was nice for our whole family. There was a great playground right across the street which our grandson loved each day. The restaurants we very good and close enough to walk to.

Great Place

Carraig Beag was a delightful place to stay. It is a modern, clean and charming home that was very comfortable for our family of 6. Although it is not located on the main drag, we were surprised how walkable it was to everything we normally do and see in Baileys Harbor. A great rental for families, singles, anyone.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

Carraig Beag Cottage rental was everything we expected and more. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was very spacious and clean. Martina was extremely easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our inquiries and needs. The garden and grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The house is nicely located. It is just a block away from Bailey's Harbor Marina. My only disappointment was that I could not stay longer.
