Spacious Mountain Getaway backs to National Forest - Sleeps 10!

This gorgeously remodeled three story ~1,900 square foot condo has 3 bedrooms with 7 beds total (1 king, 2 queens, and 4 Fulls) so it can fit even the largest of families plus all your gear for your winter or summer getaway. With the free shuttle bus stop at the end of the driveway, you can make sure to hit the slopes or hiking trails early and enjoy your afternoons in town without a care in the world. This unit is located on the North side of the complex, which backs to national forest so you'll have lots of privacy and room to enjoy the scenery from the deck with seating and a grill. Complex also features indoor/outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs (one indoor, one outdoor) or walk just across the street to the Breckenridge Rec Center for more swimming and water sports, tennis, basketball, indoor climbing wall, and all sorts of other fun activities.
Unit features wi-fi, lots of storage for your skis, boards, bikes, etc. and double washers and dryers for your laundry needs. This is also one of the few units with a 2-car double deep parking spot right in front of the unit.
First floor has a large entry way with bench to put on your gear and walk in storage with bike & ski racks. You'll also get a laundry room, 1/2 bath, kitchen, living and dining area on the first floor. Second floor offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The front bedroom sleeps 4-8 with 2 sets of Double size bunk beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. The back bedroom overlooks the national forest and can sleep 2-4 with 2 Queen beds. This has a 3/4 bathroom inside the bedroom. The master bedroom is a private oasis located on its own third floor with peaceful views of the forest. This bedroom sleeps 2 more with a king size bed and large en suite bathroom. Local regulations limit occupancy to 10 people total.

We had a great stay despite the lack of snow while we were there! Convenient and served our purposes well. Just be sure that youā€™re okay to do stairs at altitude.

The place was easy to access for skiing on the mountain. The owner was great! The property manager is a bit of a helicopter mom, but I get why. Would def stay here again

The place was awesome. Rooms were huge, everything was clean. Loved the double set of washer/dryer for our family of nine. So many items were stocked for us to use - plenty of paper plates, pool towels, laundry supplies, etc (to the 10th power). Surprised I couldnt find a blowdryer. Master bedroom on 3rd floor was a bummer, but was known prior to booking! Great pool space with absolutely no other guests using it at the aane time as us!

Overall, good stay, but there are some inaccuracies regarding offsite overnight parking. Listing and parking instructions provided clearly indicate that 5 parking is available overnight at the airport parking lot. This is not true. Airport parking lot is closed and not available for overnight parking. There are two other locations in Breckenridge. The one we ended up using was the Gold Run Nordic Center. It cost 35/night. Owner/property manager needs to update their information and advise renters accordingly so they know what to expect. Additionally, the television downstairs in the living room only tuned up one channel. There was a missing remote when we arrived, perhaps thatā€™s the remote that actually works that TV. Owner provided me with a contact phone number to Allo to get the issue resolved. Unable to resolve the issue, so that was that. On the bright side, the listing is basically as advertised. Plenty roomie, the kitchen is well stocked, the mud/ski room is very convenient, beds were comfortable, lots of extra sheets/pillows/blankets, shower was hot, and the three parking spots on-site worked out great. Hot tub/swimming pool was nice, and the ski area bus pick-up was right at the end of the driveway, which was super convenient. Overall good stay, minus the frustrations mentioned above.

Wonderful stay for an extended family

Wonderful condo while visiting Breckenridge to meet up with extended family for a mountain getaway. 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 9-17) enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved the hiking trails just out the back door. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was very easy to reach and communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

A perfect place to stay for a family ski vacation. We loved the quietness of the location and the convenience to the shuttle bus stop. The entryway was perfect for all the equipment. The clubhouse with pool and hot tubs was nice and located close to the condo. I could see where this would also be a good rental option in all seasons.

Fantastic Stay @ Claimjumper

Our 5 day stay consisted of 2 couples and 3 teenage girls. We all agree that this property was fantastic and we enjoyed our time there. The rooms were comfortable and large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. The location was stellar as well. With the free bus to town just a very short walk away. Definitely recommend you check out the kitchen before going shopping! There are tons of supplies, probably the best and most thoughtfully well stocked kitchen for a rental property that I've ever seen. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent home and convenient to town

This condo is super clean with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home and wonderful homey details throughout. The grey bus pickup is right out front and takes you directly to the gondola and into town. The pool/hot tub area was used everyday and is very relaxing way to soak after a hard day of skiing. I would highly recommend this property for families, or a group of friends as this can easily accommodate a large group of people. Thanks for the wonderful time and memories! Bang for the buck!!

The property is as shown. 3 adults and 2 kids recently stayed at this property and we had plenty of space. The property is recently renovated and very nice for the price. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. We never herd any of the adjoining condos which was my big fear. The exterior walls are souls concrete which kept noise from coming through. The location is not to bad either. There are a few hiking trails right off the property and itā€™s a very short drive or about a 15min walk to the center of town. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone.

Updated and clean!

This condo was perfect for our family of six. The boys got a bedroom. The girls got a bedroom and our bedroom was privately located on the top floor. The house is equipped with absolutely everything that you could possibly need and we really enjoyed using the hot tub and heated swimming pool every day we were there. The shuttle pick up is located at the end of the parking lot so it is very convenient to get to and from the slopes for skiing and snowboarding. My only complaint is that we were very disappointed not to be able to use the fireplace on the living room level . I really look forward to having a real fire when we spend our ski weeks up in the mountains because it provides such a cozy experience. Other than that we were very satisfied with this condo.

A VRBO with EVERYTHING

We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area. A very well stocked home at the base of Breckenridge. The bus stop to the mountain was literally at the end of the condo parking lot. Two washers and dryers made it easy to keep our ski clothing fresh and clean. It was nice that the detergent and dryer sheets were supplied. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were items such as baggies, aluminum foil, garbage bags, and plastic wrap. The beds were comfortable and the on demand hot water tank ensured that we never ran out of hot water. There was plenty of GOOD toilet paper not cheap 1 ply sandpaper. Access to the pool and hot tub (very close by) was a major plus for a few of our crew. The property was literally next door to Breckenridge Ski Resort and a short drive to Copper and Vail. The ONLY thing missing was soap and shampoo for the shower. I'd recommend this home to anyone looking for a great location in the mountains.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. We stayed almost two months during August and September, and had friends and family stay with us for short periods. There was lots of room to gather together, as well as find a quiet place. It's a nice walk to town, or a short drive, especially to shop for groceries to stock the kitchen. Kitchen was great for making all meals, as well as grilling on back deck. Internet access was blazing fast, covered the whole condo, and we were able to stream to our own devices. The bedrooms, and especially master suite, were very comfortable. The master bath is large and has a great shower. There was lots of storage for clothes and hiking equipment. Utilities were great. Water was hot and pressure was good. Having two sets of washers and dryers in the condo meant no backups in laundry, even with a full house. Parking space right in front of door was convenient, and accommodated two cars when necessary. The owners responded very promptly to our messages. We would have no hesitation to recommend the place to friends and family, or to stay again if we are in the area.

Overall very good condo. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of storage in entry for all of your gear. Kitchen is nice and fully stocked, but a little tight with 3 people in the space ( we had 6 adults in our family stay) Which is the reason for the 4 rating overall. Don't let that stop you from staying. Really appreciate that the fridge had quite a few condiments etc, the policy is to use what you want , Leave behind what you don't use. Bus stop was maybe 40 - 50 yards from the front door and 2 - 3 stops from the Gondola Very convenient. Took it back from the city market as well ( walked the few blocks there). The bus schedule in the condo was a little off but had just recently been modified. No big deal.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very well stocked with anything you would need. Property manager was friendly. Kids enjoyed playing in the yard and at the pool. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Great home for a ski trip

We stayed with another family for a ski trip to Breckinridge. The home has a perfect set up for 2 families with kids and made a ski trip easy with lots of space for all our ski gear and clothing. It is conveniently located near a stop for the free shuttle to the Breckinridge gondola (or a short drive away). We would love to come back!
