Wonderful Condo at Amazing Resort!

Recently during a trip to La Paz my family had the fortune to stay in two of Marlene's Puerta Cortes properties.  Both of the condos were amazing and exceeded our expectations.  We felt spoiled by the views and luxury of our accommodations. The Puerta Cortes area is very secure and filled with amenities so that no one in our group wanted to leave.  The pools, beach, and landscaping are all jaw dropping.  Marlene was so easy to work with and made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Next time we are in La Paz we hope we are lucky enough to return to Marlene's condos.

My husband and I own four rental properties within the resort, formerly known as CostaBaja Resort & Marina. Three of our units are located in the marina village of Pueblo Marinero, while our fourth is located in the hillside community of Las Colinas.

Pueblo Marinero #303
Is ideally located in the heart of the marina village, overlooking the world-class 250-slip, double-basin marina and the turquoise Sea of Cortez beyond. From the condo, you'll also enjoy breathtaking views of the Gary Player Signature Golf Course.

This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo features:
King-size bed
Fully equipped kitchen
Living and dining area
Stacked washer and dryer
Large, extended private terrace
Wi-Fi
Air conditioning
Reserved parking space

The condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by two flights of stairs. There is no elevator.

Puerto Beach Club
As my guest, you'll have access to the Puerto Beach Club, located just a few feet from the condo. Relax in a lounge chair or at a table right on the beach, close to the water's edge.

The Beach Club features:
Beachfront pool
Jacuzzi
Fire pit
Restaurant and bar
Shaded, tree-lined dining area
Beachfront spa services
Access to the resort's full-service Espiritu Spa

The resort administrator also provides extended pool access at the Indigo Hotel, where you can enjoy a leisurely swim. Gym access is available through the hotel concierge, and tennis court times can be scheduled through the Beach Club.

Please note: The resort administrator currently requires a minimum food and beverage spend when using the Puerto Beach Club or Indigo Pool:

Adults: MXN $800 per person
Children: No minimum spend
Teens visiting without an adult: MXN $500 per person
Golf at El Cortes Golf Club

Golf enthusiasts will love the opportunity to play at the private El Cortes Golf Club, home of a Gary Player Signature Course that has been recognized among Mexico's top courses.

A fun Pitch & Putt course is also available.

After your round, enjoy a meal at Cardon Restaurant, located at the golf club. Take in the magnificent panoramic views of the Bay of La Paz and the city in the distance. The scenery is truly breathtaking—so don't forget your camera!

Condo #303 is a (1 bdrm/1 bath) with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, stacked washer-dryer, large extended terrace, WiFi, air conditioning and a reserved parking space is available. The condo is located up two flight of stairs. There is-no elevator.

There are many wonderful amenities that will be at your disposal at the resort. As a guest of my condo you have access to the Puerto Beach Club which is located only a few feet away. This club features lounge chairs and tables positioned right on the beach and close to the water line. Included at this beach club is a pool, Jacuzzi, fire-pit, restaurant/bar, a designated treelined dining area and the ability to schedule spa services right on the beach front or at the Espiritu Spa located within the hotel. The spa offers a full array of services. The resort administrator also has extended pool access at the Indigo Hotel where you can enjoy a leisurely swim. Gym access is available through the hotel concierge and tennis court times can be scheduled at the beach club.

While enjoying either the Puerto Beach Club or the Indigo Pool, the resort administrator has implemented a minimum food and beverage spend during your visit.

In addition to the above amenities my guest can play golf at the private El Cortes Golf Club, a Gary Player Signature Course rated one of the ‘Top-Ten’ courses to play in Mexico. There is also a fun (Pitch & Putt) course to play.
At the golf club, enjoy a dining experience at the Cardon Restaurant. Also take in the magnificent views of the Bay of La Paz as well as the city landscape in the distance. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Bring a camera – it’s the perfect photo opportunity.

Puerta Cortes Resort has two marinas, open-air restaurants, a mini-market, a medical clinic, 24-hour security, as well as numerous charter companies that provide adventure tours for diving, kayaking, swimming with the whale-sharks and snorkeling with the sea lions. Just north of the resort, lies Isla Espiritu Santo, where you'll discover one of the greatest marine reserves in the world.

The City of La Paz is a charming colonial city with approximately 300,000 people. Enjoy strolling along the boardwalk “Malecon” located right along the waterfront, visit the local farmers market, galleries, cafes and the Cathedral.
