We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

Words cannot adequately describe the charm of this precious condo! Everywhere you look are hints of the beach, sand, and water.

From the boat paddle lamp to the custom paint on the furniture, everything has been carefully chosen and prepared for your arrival. The leather sofa and love seat are perfect for relaxing and watching the big game or the marathon of your favorite shows on Netflix. Or, just sink into comfort and read that best seller you have been carrying around.

The kitchen has clean stainless appliances and granite counters where you can cook your favorite comfort foods. Or, visit the harbor shrimp and fishing boats and cook up a feast of fresh seafood. You guests can visit at the kitchen bar while you prepare your latest dishes!

The bedrooms are on either side of the living room. The master bedroom is a very pretty wicker set and has a huge TV you can enjoy. The master bath is large and has two nice features: a separate walk-in shower with a built-in seat and a large soaking tub where you can sink up to your neck in bubbles with your favorite music playing on your cell phone. The guest bedroom has a one-of-a kind treatment that is very welcoming. It also has an adjacent bath. Each bedroom has its own private balcony where you can eat, read, nap, or whatever suits your fancy on vacation!

Should you need to wash the clothes prior to returning home, there is a laundry closet next to the 2nd bath with a washer and dryer. No need for extra work when you go home!

WiFi and cable TV are provided so you won't lose touch with the outside world, unless you WANT to!!!

The courtyard is the prettiest on the Coast! There are BBQ grills, a pretty gazebo, and plenty of room to swim, sunbathe, eat, or visit with friends. Centrally located, there are restaurants within walking distance and tons within 2-5 miles.

If you want to warm you toes in the white sand, or walk in the calming water's edge, you are only about 400 ft from the 26-mile white sand beach.

Located across from the white sand beach and Gulf waters, you can cross at a controlled crosswalk. Beach vendors offer jet skis, chairs, and umbrellas. Bikes, Paddle Boards, and Pontoons are rented by "Wut Sup" in Gulfport Mississippi. Call them and they will deliver all but the pontoons to you.

Centrally located you can be anywhere in just a few minutes and walk to eateries and museums. The Coliseum is a pleasant walk away.

Year-round events will keep you busy: the Christmas Festival of Lights-one of the largest in the South, the new Aquarium, several micro-breweries, world famous art and craft festivals, First Saturday street parties, Cruisin' the Coast week-long block party, multiple fireworks displays, the Christmas Boat Parade on the water in Biloxi and one on the Bayou in Gulfport, Movie Nights at the town greens, outdoor concerts, and the many special shows at all the casinos bringing in top entertainers and concerts, plus more!
