This cozy Girdwood condo is the ideal base camp for budget-minded travelers who want to spend much of their time exploring Alaska's natural wonders. It boasts a shared sauna, proximity to the lifts, and a private balcony with views. Local dining and activities centered around the arts are within walking distance, as are the lifts at Alyeska Resort. Downhill, boarding, cross-country, and snowshoeing are popular winter activities. Summer activities include hiking into nearby glaciers and Chugach State Park.

This condo has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony with beautiful views. Feel refreshed in the shared sauna after a day on the slopes. The cable TV will keep you entertained at night.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
