Beautifully decorated with a modern desert art flair 'Desert Jewel' offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an office conversation with queen bed. Enjoy a pool dip overlooking beautiful lush backyard mature gardens in a tranquil surrounding setting. Entertainment room offers a 65" Smart TV and large sofa sectional. 'Desert Jewel' is airy, bright and spacious being completely opened up floor plan and redesigned with new furniture, bedding, home additions, and more in May 2022. The front door enters into the living room area with sofa, recliner, and breakfast table for four with views of both the entertainment room and the kitchen. The entertainment room, with views of the pool area, offers an 65" Smart TV with both Spectrum Basic Cable and YouTube programming, wet bar, and a huge comfortable sectional for the family. Garage game room with air hockey, pool table, 55" TV, four-person poker table, and fridge. Bikes for guest use. High speed WiFi throughout the home for all streaming and work needs.

Kitchen totally redone with a two-seat island, new cabinetry, and modern redesign with new quartz countertops. Includes stainless steel appliances such as a fridge with ice maker, microwave, oven, toaster, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, and more. Everything you would want to create a memorable family meal together. Indoor dining table seats four as does the breakfast table near the kitchen with bar stools. There is also an outdoor table seating six and a side yard table for four. Many areas of choice to dine indoors or out depending on your mood.

The master suite offer beautiful king size bed, 55" Smart TV with both Spectrum Basic Cable and YouTube programming, and a private sliding glass exit to the pool area. Master bathroom includes double vanity sinks, relaxing soak tub, walk-in glass shower, and walk-in closet with automatic lighting. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a 55" Smart TV with both Spectrum Basic Cable and YouTube programming, Bedroom 3 offers king bed, and Office features a queen bed and 55" Smart TV with both Spectrum Basic Cable and YouTube programming. Bathroom #2 includes double vanity sinks and walk-in glass shower. There is also a Queen size Air mattress provided. The back yard is a great place to just hang out or entertain. A southwest facing front porch area keeps the home shaded and is perfect for sipping a cool drink and watch the stars at night.

Pool is 30ft long and saltwater. Backyard dining pool area with multiple tables/chairs and a propane BBQ with tank provided for entertaining. Direct line gas fire pit with four chairs. Small dog and children friendly. New AC unit installed to keep home nice and cool. Quiet and private home location in a great neighborhood. 'Desert Jewel' is also centrally located to reach:

The pool will be heated to a maximum 86 degrees only upon request at a charge $60/per day ($35 per day for spa use only) preferably requested and with payment made in advance. Spa can be heated to 104 degree maximum. Unauthorized use of the pool/spa equipment is prohibited and guest will be charged a fee for any usage. Please only use the provided pool towels for the pool use and not the big, white bathroom towels.

Fire Pit: Guests are given courtesy thirty minute use as gas is expensive. For longer use please contact us to discuss.

Dog Policy: $100 non refundable fee for any dog stay. Small dogs only unless approved by owner in advance. No dogs on beds or furniture and guest must ensure to pickup yard droppings after them. Violations to this are reviewed post-stay to indicate rule breaking.

Other Rules to Note:

- Important Note: Per new city rules, there is only low decimal noise and music allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. If music is played it must be at a low decimal level outdoors at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with two visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find outside noise or excess guests the primary guest is responsible for the fine in excess of $1,000.

- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival

- Pool and/or spa heat purchases for month-long stays requires at least a two consecutive week minimum.

- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3.5hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- Perimeter cameras outside of house for security recordings for insurance purposes. Cameras are not monitored live and guests may cover them up during stay if desired.

- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
