Private Entrance, Central & Across the Street From State Park

You're renting a garden-level single-family guest house that is attached to the main house with a separate entrance which is accessed from the backyard. It's very private because of the layout. Clean, small, safe & cozy space with a private entrance, fridge, coffee maker & microwave. Street parking is plentiful. Self check in. 420 is okay outside (your door opens to the yard). Best 420 stores around. Central-20 min from Downtown & Airport, 5 minutes from DTC. Walk to Cherry Creek State park-it has a large lake & 30 miles of trails (secluded). Walk to restaurants from the place (most are open for takeout for COVID). Disney+, Hulu, ESPN & Amazon vids included.

There are other people living in the house so you’ll hear them (like an apartment) but you likely won’t see anyone unless we are doing landscaping maintenance.

There are a lot of native plants in the front and the backyard (mostly in the spring and summer). Feel free to observe, most are labeled in the front.

The temperature is centrally controlled (it’s a single family house). Temperatures are kept at the national average recommended settings.

*Queen size bed with premium mattress and the mattress is always kept protected with a waterproof membrane for hygiene and cleaned after guests.
*Unbreakable carbon fiber steel bed frame that is silent, you can let loose here, the bed cannot break! The floors are made of hand-scraped bamboo which is also strong and silent.
*Closet with plenty of hangers.
*42 inch smart TV with a Roku player that includes: Amazon Prime movies, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN and more, you can also login and connect to any of your preferred services.
*Towels and hand towels.
*A yoga mat.
*Computer office desk with a comfy office chair in the bedroom.
