Loved it again

We’ve been to the property over 13 times. Randy’s booking process was perfect. I was worried about not getting the 2 bed suite on arrival but all was attended to. I would hesitate to book again. We had the best weather. Thank you Randy!

Vidanta Vacations Escape

This was an excellent property and vacation. All the staff takes great pride in their work and making an enjoyable experience for you. The rooms, grounds and facilities were Luxurious and impeccably clean. Randy Miller was an excellent host and answered all of my correspondence timely and with great advice. We definitely will be back again!

Great option for large family

Randy and Karen were great hosts and were very responsive to all questions. We were confused at the listing because several of us mistook the cover photo for the "ensuite pool" when that is actually a photo of the Beach Club (which is a shuttle ride away) - the ensuite is a small plunge pool. Property is very clean, staff incredibly kind and attentive, and the new Beach Club and Salum areas of Vidanta are wonderful. The room itself is very similar to the Grand Mayan and looks a little different than in photos (layout same but different color/style furnishings). We booked 2 separate 2br master suites which was perfect for our family of 13. Note that the hotel cannot guarantee room type or adjacent rooms (we requested a double and king but it was not available; adjacent rooms also not available).

Beautiful resort

We stayed at the Grand Bliss within Vidanta. Our 2 bedroom condo was huge, super clean, great beds, fabulous shower, large balconies, etc. The accommodations were perfect. A few things to note. Grand Bliss is a ways away from the beach. You need to take the transport shuttle to get there. There is no pool at the Grand Bliss, nor is there a bar or any type of food. That said, the restaurants, bars, grocery store, pools are all great, you just have to go to them--via shuttle or walking. The resort is huge, and it takes a couple of days to figure it out. It's beautiful and we all felt very safe. Lastly, as you may have read from others, the beach is not swimmable due to the coral shelf, but it's still nice to sit under a cabana in the sand. The new Jungle Waterpark is wonderful. Our group of 16, ages, 14-55, spent an entire day there. They have a swim up bar, great food, big slides, lazy river, etc. It was incredibly clean and not crowded at all. Favorite restaurants and food at Vidanta: Nektar, The Steak House, the Mexican Fiesta, Salum, and the stuffed churros. A final note, the staff are all very polite, hard working, and efficient. Covid safety was taken seriously at the resort, no issues traveling there during the pandemic. We had a wonderful week.

Great Hotel & Service

The condo was perfect, same with the service of the hotel, however I think that food is pricey, but you can always use the kitchenette. Randy’s great, he was on top of things and we loved our stay
