Beautiful two - bedroom, two bathroom condo located DIRECT OCEANFRONT on the 14TH FLOOR in the South Tower. When you walk in you will be taken back by the amazing view and will feel right at home!

Wood floors, stainless steel appliances, with marble gray and white counter tops. Master bedroom offers a KING SIZE BED and a pull out couch if you need to keep those little ones close. The second bedroom has two queen size beds. Master bedroom and living room both have 55” TVs. The kitchen has everything you need with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. Instead of taking your laundry down to the laundromat, this deluxe suite offers brand new full size front load washer and dryer.

The Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center is located oceanfront in the heart of NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, conveniently located near Barefoot Landing (2 miles away), Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Colonial Mall and Tanger Outlets. Nearby restaurants include Dagwood's, Joe's Crab Shack, Wild Wing Cafe, River City Cafe, Cracker Barrel, Greg Norman's Australian Grill and Ultimate California Pizza (all within 2 miles).

It is a FULL SERVICE RESORT which includes 3 towers on the oceanfront with amenities galore for you to use during your stay. The resort features 6 outdoor and 8 indoor pools/kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers and numerous whirlpools, arcade room, fitness room, convenience store and gift shop, business center, Blue Room Cafe (fantastic breakfast buffet), Sandtrap Sports Bar & Grill and Fishtails Beach Bar featuring live music throughout the summer.

Go where the locals go! You have MURPHY'S ON THE OCEAN! Start your day off right with an ocean front breakfast, they also serve lunch and dinner and offer live music most nights. Next door is SNOOKY'S ON THE OCEAN which has a roof top bar, beach patio & inside dining. Try The "DUCK DIVE" Bar & Grill for a "grove bowl" or the best burger on the beach along with live music on their outside deck several nights per week!

**SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 IS REQUIRED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN**

ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
