Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion, PA, one hour south of Pittsburgh. Stay in one of the most spacious and economical homes on the mountain! 1700 square feet - 4 Bedroom / 3 Full Bath, two levels of living space. (Spiral staircase leads to 2nd floor with queen bedroom and 4 bunk/ 1daybed/ 1trundle room) This vacation home is next to the golf course and a short shuttle ride to the ski slopes. Sleeps 13 with rollaway bed. Wireless Internet Access and Smart Tv for guests to enjoy Netflix, Hulu and others (with your own subscription) Gas heat / Central AC. Sheets, towels and cleaning fee are all included in your nightly rental! Hairdryers are installed in each bathroom as well, We love a clean house and you will too! (Check our reviews) This home is thoroughly cleaned between visits. By reserving Mountain Villas 3C4, you can leave all the work behind! We realize family vacations are getting more expensive and we provide a budget friendly alternative. If you want a clean, comfortable, spacious place to have fun with your friends and family, we'd love to have to stay!

This home is also within walking distance of the Highlands Golf Course and Tee Top Lounge (which is open on the weekends during the year). A wonderful option for food and drinks to avoid the crowds at the main lodge!

The resort shuttle picks you up right at our front door, so no need to drive once you get here. The shuttle makes stops at the resort lobby, snowtubing park, Trillium Spa and at the base of the mountain next to the ticket office / lifts. Weā€™ll get you closer to the lifts in the morning than staying in the hotel! Please keep in mind this home is strictly smoke and pet free due to allergies. Do not bring pets with you as there is a building manager on site who will notify us and your security deposit will be charged. So if you have pet allergies, this is the home for you!

IMPORTANT INFO: Guests planning to visit this winter ā€“ whether one day or every day ā€“ are encouraged to purchase their lift access in advance ā€“ whether it is a lift ticket, Epic Day Pass or season pass. Lift tickets will be limited every day, during the season in order to preserve the guest experience at each resort. Availability of lift tickets will be visible on the Seven Springs website. If tickets are sold out online, guests will not be able to purchase them at ticket windows.
Passes, including Epic Day Passes, and Pass Holder benefit tickets will not be limited. There is also no impact to guests who enroll in ski and ride school lessons that include lift access, or to employee and dependent pass access.

Excellent Experience

We have made a summer getaway to this place for the past several years, and each time has been excellent. The homeowners offer a welcoming, cozy, and clean environment. We love the access to the pool and how close the property is to Seven Springs and Ohiopyle.

Amazing Stay within 7springs resort

We had an amazing stay at the 7 Springs rental with a group of 13 people! The house was perfect, offering plenty of space for everyone and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The shuttle service was a standout feature ā€“ it was convenient, quick, and made getting around the resort a breeze. We truly felt taken care of throughout our trip. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great place to stay with a large group!

7 springs ski trip

I have stayed here at this condo for several years. It is a great location with a view of the ski slopes. There is a shuttle bus to transport us to and from the slopes. The condo was clean and kitchen was supplied with all needed utensils.

Great ski trip housing option

property manager was available and had good communication throughout stay. location was very convenient to ski resort, with traveling accommodations with a shuttle. We had a group of 11 people stay and it was spacious enough for all of us to coexist in the living space. steep narrow windy staircase to the 2nd floor lol but overall, had.a great, clean stay.

The property was spacious and well-stocked in the kitchen, although the condo was dated. We could have used more towels and paper products such as toilet paper. We had to make up the bunk beds ourselves which was not easy especially since the sheets were not fitted. There were a lot of stairs which was disclosed in the description. The shuttle to the resort was handy and came frequently.

Very decent rental in great area

Place was represented well with descriptions and pics. It is very conveniently located and has shuttle service to the resort. The pool is a short walk (uphill) and golf course with clubhouse serving drinks and food also within walking distance. Stocked kitchen was helpful for cooking. Minor cleaning issues. Overall very good.

Good, but not great stay.

The place was easy to find and the owner is quick to respond to any questions. Kitchen very well stocked and we had everything needed for our stay. However, for the price, there were a couple pieces that missed the mark for our expectations. First the bunk beds are not made up. I get it as those probably arenā€™t used all the time and that saves on linen costs, but I donā€™t pay these rates to make our own beds. Second, there were 3 wash cloths in the entire condo. It drives me crazy when a place advertises how many they sleep and then donā€™t have linens to match. Third is against the HOA. They have a ridiculous rule about renters not using the fireplace. There is a photo showing the fireplace in use so I assumed this was available. It is my fault for not reading the rental rules when I received them and if I had, I would have cancelled this rental based on inability to use the fireplace. Just something about going skiing and coming back to a nice fire afterwards that is appealing to us. Weā€™ve stayed at Swiss Mountain properties previously and will return there just for the fireplace option. If you donā€™t care about a fireplace, this unit is very sufficient and will likely meet your needs.

Old High School Friends Annual Dungeons and Dragons Meetup

We have 8 friends that have remained in-touch 30+ years after we all graduated. We rented this space to play our annual Dungeons and Dragons weekend, along with tons of good cooking and laughs. This place was great. It hit all the marks, was clean and the owners even left us a cool, private message on the chalkboard, which we all thought was awesome!! We plan to schedule the place again in 2024.

Great skiing vacation spot!

We came with my 4 kids and some family and we loved it! The 4 bunk beds upstairs were perfect and it was so nice to have them all in one place and separate from the social areas. The 7 springs shuttle was super convenient and timely. And we loved the large dining room table and kitchen areas. What a great option for skiing!

Great spot for a larger group to ski. Easy shuttle service to 7 springs. We had 2 families and more than enough room. We could have had 4 more people stay and still be comfortable. Property manager was helpful & quick to respond. Condo is outdated, but the price reflects this--great bargain if looking for a nice spot to stay for a ski trip. We were comfortable and you can't beat the price and location. We have stayed twice, and will when we return to 7 springs.

Great price and location

There were 2 families staying here and we had plenty of room. We could probably have fit another family. Easy access to slopes with the shuttle right outside the door. Very clean and comfortable. Condo has not been updated, but the price is very affordable and reflects that. We will be staying here again and I definitely recommend.
