Eagle View Lodge is unique in that it is all one level and has easy access, yet you feel high above the mountains the minute you walk in the front door. You can see the view through the picture windows and French doors. As you come up the private driveway, you will notice the well-manicured fire pit before parking under a two-car covered parking area. Once inside, you will feel at home right away you will find yourself in a hurry to drop your bags and relax in the large living room area, or, most likely, on the large deck. On the deck, you can enjoy the hot tub, the outdoor seating, or the custom-made corn hole boards, making fun memories with your friends and family. If you want to hang out inside you will have some board games to choose from. During your time indoors, you can enjoy any of the three spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and private baths. DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $185 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it is for use of the resorts gates), and a 15% lodging tax
