Flipper's Lagoon Luxury Waterfront Pool Home Dolphins in Backyard Daily

Flipper's Lagoon is a large 3 story, 3,400 square foot, large roomed luxury waterfront house with private pool overlooking a gorgeous view and a 30' boat dock with two boat slips. (Bring your own boats or rent nearby or use the included kayaks) Nestled on a saltwater swim and snorkel cove Flipper's Lagoon is visited daily by dolphins and other wildlife. Flipper’s is luxurious with opulent furniture, extremely comfortable beds and garage full or toys. Included are three kayaks with life vests for everyone and good fishing tackle. There is a basketball, volley ball, soccer ball and beach balls to use at nearby parks. You may see spoon bills, quaker parrots, blue herons, manatees, ospreys, jumping eagle rays and of course, dolphins. Our guests have caught red fish, snook, snapper and flounder right off the dock.

Flipper’s Lagoon is 700 yards to one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, Indian Rocks Beach. A safe, friendly, natural beach where you can sunbathe, look for shark teeth and sea shells, fish, swim and surf. Flipper's Lagoon includes everything for the beach including chairs, boogie boards, three umbrellas, a beach canopy and toys for kids of all ages.

Take a short walk to a variety of restaurants, beach bars, parks and local attractions. Close by is Kolb Park with basketball, tennis courts, baseball fields, children’s playground, picnic pavilions and a skate board park. There you will also find an art center, library and boat ramp close by. There is a nature park 100 yards from the house with board walk that extends into a tropical mangrove bay. This nature park offers an outdoor work out area equipped with several machines for a unique athletic experience.

Flipper's Lagoon has an inviting waterfront pool centered on an 80 foot long sea wall. Paradise found here in this tropical setting. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, boating to many nautical destinations or kayaking to one of three near by nature islands. Fish off the dock with one of the fishing poles provided and cook your catch by the pool on the grill.

Flipper's Lagoon is equipped with five smart TVs and high speed internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped including quality cookware and utensils, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icemaker, oven, blender, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker (standard and K-Kup,) two crock pots, electric kettle, electric knife and electric hand mixer. There are plenty of drinking glasses, wine glasses and coffee cups with enough casserole dishes and bakeware to make a feast. There is a high chair available.

The dining table is impressive with seating for eight and extra chairs are onsite for your family’s bigger dinners.

The waterfront gathering room has a 65" internet TV, large leather sectional sofa, leather love seat and three leather comfort chairs. There is a waterfront view and a 30 foot balcony with plenty of seating.

The third floor supreme master suite has an en suite bath with tub, a giant shower, twin sinks and make up counter. This level has a pillow top high quality king size bed, a trundle bed with two twins and a 42" smart TV. The supreme master also has an in suite interior bedroom with full bed and twin bed, perfect for kids, large families or extended guests, and a 30" smart TV. Pack-and-Play available for the little ones. There is also an enormous walk in closet, with more room than you will need, with an in wall ironing board and laundry chute. This level also has a huge balcony, perfect to enjoy the expansive views.

The second floor bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size futon and a waterfront picture window where you can relax and watch for dolphins.

The first floor bedroom has king bed, dresser, desk/make up vanity and 42” smart TV.

There are many places of interest to walk to including coffee shops, art museums, city parks, cultural centers and of course, a dozen beautiful beaches. There are 3 kayaks with paddles and multiple sizes of life vests, several fishing poles and tackle, corn hole game, basket ball, volleyball, tennis rackets and balls and lots of water toys.

There are children’s parks with play equipment at both the nature park 200 yards away and the main Kolb park just a little further down a quiet street.

Golf Cart rentals are available for those who wish to book a daily golf cart rental.

The 30’ dock has a swim ladder and fish cleaning table and the fishing is fantastic right from the dock. Fishing poles and fishing tackle are provided and bait can be caught or obtained from many local bait shops. Redfish, Snook, Black Drum, Flounder, Grunt, Mullet, Trout and many more species have all been caught here. Cook your fish right on the grill next to the pool. The pool deck has six Adirondack chairs, a table set and plenty of patio chairs. Kayaks, kayak paddles and life vests are provided and there are many areas to paddle including the River of Hidden Mystery, Party Island and Bird Island. Your sense of adventure and a bathing suit is all you need to experience an unforgettable paddle into this waterfront paradise. Directly across the lagoon is a commercial fishing boat captain who with. prior arrangement will pick you up directly off your dock for a half or full day of off shore fishing. Flipper's Lagoon caters to travelers requiring the cleanest of environments free from having ever been smoked in, free from ever having animal dander of any kind, with high air quality treated by UV lights and thoroughly disinfected for each guest arrival.

Flipper's Lagoon is a smoke and animal dander free clean air environment catering to the needs of vacation travelers who require perfection in air quality and cleanliness.

We provide a single pack of laundry detergent in case you need to do a load while here and also provide liquid dish soap and dishwasher detergent pack(enough for 7 loads), one full roll of paper towels to get started, 3 rolls of tp per bathroom and liquid hand soap in each bathroom. We also provide enough garbage for 7 days. You may wish to bring extra.

Flipper's provides many items in the garage as a bonus to make your vacation more enjoyable but the condition of the items is largely dependent on the guests who stay before you. There is a bike pump to air up the tires in the bikes, please don't ride bikes in saltwater as it will rust them up prematurely. Fishing poles are provided but the guests must rig them up and there is an honor system tackle box for guests to use some tackle/leave some tackle - there is a bait shop a couple blocks away.

Flipper’s Lagoon is owned by a boat captain and a nurse who frequently travel to vacation rentals and understand the importance and value of your time on vacation.
