Large walk in pool for the little ones, with lap pool for the swimmers in the family which is 0.2 miles from the property. State of the art fitness center. Shuttle to the Beach Club departs from the pool every 20 minutes. The Lost Key Beach Club is approximately 0.5 miles from the property. At the Lost Key Beach Club there is a Restaurant with a dedicated chef and full bar, pool and beach access to the white sandy beaches where umbrella service is available for rent. This property is located on an Arnold Palmer Golf Course. Tennis courts available for your pleasure.

Property management should be embarrassed. Fithy carpet with trails throughput most areas. Dirty, used dishes in cabinets. Overflowing trash upon arrival, had to ask security where dumoster was. Grill filthy with broken bottles on back patio. Many bathroom lbulbs not working. Dishwasher leaking, notice water stains underneath in garage so not new issue. Mold in master shower. We put blankets on heavily stain matresses. Main row TV image fading to blue screen. Couches stained and appeared resued from Goodwill. Messaged manager upon arrival and next day was told, "we will look into it". Luxury townhouse should lower it's opinion.

We love the Lost Key Neighborhood and the Property Managers were wonderful with communication and troubleshooting check-in.The unit could use some touch-ups and just overall maintenance however i understand that it's a unit that allows pets so i try to meter my expectations but i still wish it had been kept better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. Management was very responsive to any questions that we had. Having a shuttle to the beach and a pool close by was great for our family!

This was the perfect place for our family of 8. We love that it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The 4 bathrooms were perfect for coming off the beach, allowing half of us to shower at a time. This condo is very nice and pretty much had everything we needed. More towels for the showers would have been a plus. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels if you plan on staying a week. The shuttle to the beach club was our favorite thing! You call it, it shows up to your door to pick you up and brings you back. With limited parking at all beaches, this is a huge plus! The host was friendly and always replied to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Great location!

Great family place

It was a great place to stay family friendly if you're looking to be able to go hang out and then have a ride back they have shuttle transportation to the pool to the beach overall is a very great stay The grill at the place wasn't in the best of condition other than that the place was great they also had bikes for the kids that weren't maintenanced but it was a great place to stay

Lots of room, good location, quite street, close to the beach

Great stay and given the chance would likely stay there again. All the bathrooms had soap and paper products, enough towels and cloths for a family. House was clean and everything was in order.House shows some wear and tear on the carpet and walls, but otherwise it’s a great place.

Great Vacation Rental

Great vacation rental home with a wonderful host that is very helpful. This is a nice, clean, condo with great amenties. It is cose enough to the beach that you can ride bikes, provided, to watch the sun rise or set. There is also a Shuttle service available, if needed, along with several swimming pool options and even golf. There are lots of restaurant options near by, along with local grocery stores, small shops, a fish market and even a national park near by. Im a local & I recently stayed here, for almost 3 weeks, while renovating my home and I absolutely loved this condo. I highly recommend checking out The Villagio Town center, in Perdido key, for an evening out and for the ladies they have a great nail salon there now as well. This is just a very quaint area, and a must see to understand the beauty of its location. Highly recommend and i will rerinr

Great for adults and older kids

The house is great and location is good. There was plenty of room for everyone (7 adults 4 kids). Could have been cleaner, but not terrible. The fridge and counters needed wiped down and the previous tenants had left part of their breakfast in the oven. We didn’t use the beach club or shuttle. We ended up using the public access right next to it and it was pretty nice. We did use the pool with the kiddie area. It was great and the littles loved it. We did have kids 4 & under, so it was a little hectic with all of the stairs. Baby gates are provided. There were no dishwasher tabs, dish towels/cloths, or bath soap/shampoo, so bring your own Grocery stores are convenient. Over all, I would definitely recommend this property to adults and kids over 4.

Great location, dirty and poorly supplied house

The community was beautiful and the house could have been very nice, but it needed to be deep cleaned and have appropriate supplies provided. The bathrooms, kitchen, mirrors, and walls were all dirty. The toilet paper was 1 ply and half of the bathrooms didn’t have towels or hand soap. The dryer didn’t work properly and we had to deep clean the lint trap so it would dry our clothes. We had to buy Clorox wipes and clean the bathrooms/kitchen as well as provide our own dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, which is not what you expect when renting a luxury rental for a week. Neither of the electronic garage or front door locks ever worked so we had to use the back up key for our entire weeklong stay. Overall it met our needs, but we expected a clean and properly stocked house for the price we paid and the length of our stay.

Great House!!

The check in process was a bit rocky and the house wasn't cleaned upon us finally getting access. BUT as soon as the property owners found out the situation it was quickly rectified. The house itself and all of the amenities the development has to offer is amazing. Thank you to Dan for handling the situation quickly!

We loved it

We loved it here and plan on staying next year! They were great to work with and it was very clean and there was lots of room! Pool was great and the access to the beach was amazing as well!

Vacation

When we arrived there was another family still in the house past their check out time. Not the fault of the owner but it was difficult to get a hold of someone in a timely manner. They eventually sent someone to clean that night but we had already had to start washing all the bedding and towels ourselves. They promised me a one night refund. I eventually received the refund about a month after our trip after they did not respond to my reminders and I had to get Vrbo involved. The house was nice but definitely lacking a lot. No soap, dish towels, cleaning supplies. So definitely bring all those if you decide to stay.

March in Perdito

Great location, this property needs some attention. We tidied up the deck, cleaned the grill and did a couple of simple repairs to make our month long visit better. Charles was responsive to our requests as the grill propane tank empty, old water filter in fridge, there was a lack of hangers and glassware. Main Tv was.a problem to connect to dish, deck furnishings need to be replaced.

Very roomy

The house was very roomy…the 4 bathrooms with each bedroom was very convenient after being at the beach all day! The house could have been cleaner but still very nice! Would stay here again for sure!

Never Again

There isn’t a property manager or anyone else that responds to email or voicemail. Dried feces in the toilet, one towel for each bathroom, dirty bathroom rugs, dirty appliances, no kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid or detergent. The ONLY thing that appeared to be done is the beds, but I question if the sheets were clean. If you’re cleaning how do you miss the nasty toilet? They came by Wed evening, after I called my credit card company. My SIL had to work on the TV’s, the washer reeked of mildew and the dryer takes forever to dry - btw, we did find some damp towels in the dryer. A simple list of instructions on the counter would have helped - the trash is picked up on Wed, the wrist bands are no longer needed at the pool, the shuttle’s phone number, etc. This property is not being taken care of, nor are their guests.

Fantastic

Great stay! Very room! Very clean! Absolutely nothing but praise for this location! It was a super quick booking, less than 24 hrs. A last minute vacation that was accommodated! Would highly recommend booking here and will definitely be booking again!

Loved the house only one problem on arrival

We really enjoyed our stay and the house was great. Our only problem was when we arrived the house had not been cleaned since the last family was there. I mean nothing was done. Towels were in the shower and bedding was in the floor. I think it was totally overlooked. Housekeeping came and cleaned and was finished at 6:00 p.m.
