You can enjoy all the comforts of home in our meticulously maintained lake front villa - it's the perfect getaway for all seasons.
A few highlights of the villa include:

It's an easy 1.5 hour drive from Chicago and is centrally located in Southwest Michigan (15 minutes south of South Haven and 10 minutes north of St. Joseph and only 20 minutes to Saugatuk). In the heart of wine country with numerous micro breweries in the area as well. There are several outstanding wineries (Contessa Wine Cellar, Karma Vista Vineyard & Winery, Tabor Hill Winery) all within 10 miles of our villa (see map below). The villa is located directly on Lake Michigan, and the property offers you a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy the breathtaking white sandy beach. Have fun in the sun and sand, while enjoying amazing views, sunsets, great shopping, gourmet restaurants, wineries, golf and one of a kind antiquing, or just sit back, relax and grill out on your own private deck and patio.

You'll want to return year after year to this ideally located villa. We promise it will be a vacation you will never forget...

We love this beautiful place! Perfect place for families, we have 4 kids under 7. We walked the wooded property in the morning, spent the entire day on the beach (which we had ourselves), and watch the sunset as we walked the beach in the evening. We will be back!

This is an excellent lake experience. The condo is lovely with excellent amenities including a kitchen with everything you might need and lots of places to gather to eat and play games. The use of the golf cart is a serious plus. I would not want to have to haul all the beach gear up and down that walk on foot. The beach access is incredible. We never felt crowded or like we were struggling for privacy. Suggestions: bring a first aid kit and water shoes. Both teens ended up with pretty good cuts from things they encountered in the water. Water shoes would have been an excellent preventative and thankfully we had a first aid kit in the car.

Overall, it was a really good stay! We enjoyed how the beach was nearby. However, the path to the beach is not walkable, it’s a very steep hill downwards, and it was pretty scary at one point taking the kids down with the stroller so the golf cart is necessary. But the beach is amazing.! Very clean lake and clean beach! Inside the condo, It’s very humid and sticky inside, And the tub had pink mold stains on it other than that, it was decently clean.

Wonderful stay again!

This is our second year staying at this property. Check in was super easy. Hosts had their instruction email to me on time and it was very clear and were responsive to emails. I took one star off cleanliness because there was an odd smell that i didnt remember from the year before and there were not enough garbage bags. The kitchen has every utensil you could possibly imagine as well as a crockpot that we were able to use for dinner. Plus they have things like spices for use. I did bring extra toilet paper and did end up using it so fyi on that. The golf cart is amazing for getting people and all the stuff to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is good. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash avaialble. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit. I recommend bringing fire starters. And of course the star of the show is the beach. It is perfection! It has private access so there are very few people on the beach. The sand is soft, not rocky. The water was a little cold but we made it in anyway! The hosts have beach chairs and some beach toys. The checkout cleaning is resonable. We love this place.

We had the best time. The condo had everything we needed and then some! The golf cart was so nice and helpful to get around. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds were comfy, and the house was super clean! We can’t wait to come back!

Great weekend get away and super responsive owner

Everything was perfect - the use of the golf cart to get down (and up) to the beach was wonderful. The unbelievable part is that I left my water shoes and the owner found them and dropped them off at my house. You won’t find that anywhere else.

Perfect getaway

Before the trip started and throughout, the hosts are really great and responsive. The condo is exactly at shown in VRBO, probably even better. Exceptionally clean. Decorated with an eclectic beach house vibe. A lot of thought went into the aesthetic. A few feet walk to a stunning outlook spot and access path to beach. Pool is spotless and an easy walk from the condo, but if you don’t feel like walking with your gear, jump on the golf cart. Massive wraparound patio with loads of seating. Best surprise? I imagined the condo building was one of many. No, it’s a standalone building off a gravel drive. Everything you need but it feels very much like you’ve gone off the beaten path. Highly recommend.

Perfect family getaway

We loved everything. It was listed as a villa on the beach, so I didn’t know what to expect. The condo complex did have some units with patio or deck views of the water. Ours did not, but we loved how easy it was to see the lake or get down to our PRIVATE, BEAUTIFUL, soft-sanded beach. The deck and porch space was large and comfortable and there’s a small yard for the kids to play or have a bonfire. The villa was clean and well-taken care of. We did some sight-seeing things but my 4 and 5 year old couldn’t ever wait to get back to our “holiday house“ with a pool and the “ocean”.

Wonderful stay

Easy check in, beautiful updates. Golf cart is a wonderful addition to this place! The outside area is so nice to enjoy time outside when back up at the condo. Beach is private and peaceful. Kiddos enjoyed picking up rocks and sea glass. This is our 2nd year staying and we will be back again next year!

Great family weekend

This condo was small but really just perfect for us. They had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The golf cart was great to get down to the beach. I did walk the hill for exercise. We met some neighbors who.were super nice. My teens took advantage of the wifi. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I cant say enough about the private beach. TLake Michigan will forever be my happy place.
