The house is located on a channel off of Lake Winneconne and is perfect for groups looking to enjoy some relaxing time on the lake. (20 min, 16 miles from EAA).

Lake access:
You can dock your boat at the dock on the property. There is a public boat launch a tenth of a mile away at the end of Indian Shores Road. There is also a boat dock a couple of miles from the home at the Winneconne park.

The house has a recently refinished dock and calm channel waters for overnight boat parking. Wolf River Resorts in Winneconne (3 mile drive by car or 2 mile boat ride) has daily and weekly boat/pontoon rentals available.
