Welcome to the "Good Life" - your Siesta Key private home just a 5-minute walk from the Siesta public beach pavilion, and a 7-minute bicycle ride to Siesta Village, the heart of Siesta Key's restaurant, shopping & nightlife district. The home's decor is designed to capture the feel of a boutique hotel - both inside & out. Not only is this home absolutely beautiful, but we have also tried to provide you with everything you will need to enjoy a truly memorable beach vacation, including bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach cart for easily transporting everything.

Everything is new, including the kitchen, dining room, and an outdoor patio, all of which provide an opportunity for great meals and even better conversation. The home has everything you will need for an amazing vacation, including a private enclosed saltwater pool and large covered outdoor area with a new propane grill and outdoor shower - perfect for gathering everyone after a great day at the beach!

The home has Wifi throughout, a large television with a Sonos surround sound system in the family room, as well as flat-screen televisions in all 3 bedrooms.
