This condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath street-level condo. PRIME 2025 DATES OPEN RIGHT ON THE SHORES OF TABLE ROCK LAKE. LOCATED ON BEAUTIFUL EMERALD POINTE ON TABLE ROCK LAKE AND JUST MINUTES FROM ALL THE ACTION OF BRANSON ! Our condo is very clean and well-appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe. New AC/furnace & sofa sleeper/rocker recliner. Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer, and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened glass all-weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time. We are offering a deluxe 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and/or chest and flat screen cable TV's in the living room and both bedrooms; some with DVD. The master bath has a jetted tub. There is a new queen sofa sleeper and recliner in the living room. The condo has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room, and enclosed 4 season sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player, large sofa and rocker/recliner. We have a new zero entry swimming pool just 25 yards from the condo and we are only 75 yards or less from Tablerock lake, with a on site marina, courtesy dock, and convenience store just 1/2 block to the west. A fishing, boating and water sports paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery to name a few. It's a great location for any of your vacation plans, there is something for everyone. Some dates now good with 2 night minimum. From mid June to mid August we have a 6 night minimum with check in on Sat or Sun. There is a 5% discount for booking 7 or more nights. A signed contract/rental agreement and a VISA or MasterCard number will be required by the owner to book this condo. There is a one time cleaning fee of $90 to be left in the condo at check out, cash or check is acceptable.

Branson for fall break

Property was in a good location and very clean. Host was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that the condo could be updated a bit, and the list of fees for violating rules were listed, emailed to me, and I had to sign it and send it back, and then I had to go over them again on the phone before I got the code. That was a bit excessive.

Great Condo!

This condo was wonderful. Kept very clean. Location is good in adjacent to attractions. Nicely stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen ware...etc. Everything you need. Enjoyed using the pool. Our host was wonderful and responded timely to our questions. This is a place I eould go back to again and again.

We loved this condo!

We stayed at this condo over Labor Day weekend & it was perfect for us. Easy access to the lake as well as all the other fun things the Branson area has to offer. Sandy was such a great host! It was very important to her that we had a great time. And we did!

Loved this place!

This place was quaint and right near the water. We loved the extra sunroom to wake up and have coffee in with the windows open to hear the birds. The pool was fantastic and we met so many wonderful people during our stay. We will definitely book another weekend at Sandy’s place. She made it very easy and is very accommodating.

Perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location and was very clean with plenty of space for us. (Two adults and three teenagers). Spoke with owner/property manager and she was so sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Friends in Low Places

We may have 'friends in low places', but this condo was not one of them..It was fabulous! 'If tomorrow never comes'... I'll be so glad I was able to stay at this property...we stayed here during our visit to see Garth Brooks at Thunder Ridge and we couldn't have been more satisfied with this condo. So close to the event venue, we were able to avoid most of the concert traffic! And there's no better set up if you want to bring a boat! The sunroom had a breathtaking view if you're used to city life! Will definitely be back. Thanks for your hospitality!

Terrible experience. Manager is a former Drill Sargent.

The list of obligations by the renter was 7 pages long. Detailed about how to do everything & what not to do, along will all fines associated with not doing it correctly. They wanted a credit card at time of giving me the lock box codes so I could be charged for not doing exactly what she ask. I have rented Vrbo properties for over 20 years and have never had a list of requirement & fines associated. We were literly half way to Branson and had not received the rental agreement or lock box codes. She was not going to give me the lock box code until I gave her a credit card. At this point it the condo was all paid in full and she was harassing me for a credit card before she would give me the lock box code. Save your self the stress of dealing with this person - there are plenty of beautiful condos to rent from other owners who wan you to have a great visit and experience on your vacation. Did I mention after we did the sheets, the towels, cleaned the condo as instructed - we still had to pay a cleaning fee CASH.

BEAUTIFUL

The location could not have been better. Our view was somewhat shaded but you could see the lake and it was a very short walk to the courtesy docks. The shade made for a very comfortable temperature to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening games.

Branson Mini Vacation

This is the first time we use VRBO, and stayed at a condo, instead of a hotel. Sandy made sure we knew how to get there, let us know we can call for anything. Condo look just like the pictures, there's a nice relaxful vacation. My family and I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice place

It was a great place. It was a bit dated. But nice. New couch and chair. The only thing that it didn't have was a grill. But we were very pleased. Would stay again!

We are Norm and Sandy Harms and we love the Branson area and have vacationed there for over 25 years. Before we purchased a condo we rented ourselves and sometimes the condos we rented were not as nice and clean as we hoped. In 2002 we stayed as a guest at this complex on Emerald Pointe and it was GREAT! At the time I asked my husband, "how are we going to stay anywhere else after we stayed here at Emerald Pointe?" It was in a gated community; nice, quiet, right on Tablerock Lake and only about 50 yards to the waters edge, the pool, an on site marina and boat slips, yet only minutes from all the attractions of Branson. We decided to inquire about condos for sale and bought our first condo which started our business: Branson Lakeside Condos dot com. Thanks, Sandy

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The location is perfect. We are a gated community right off of two of the alternate traffic relief routes (Hwy 165 & Hwy 265) so you can get anywhere in Branson quickly. It is a gated community located between the Tablerock Lake Dam and Highway 65 so we have easy access to all the attractions yet we are right on the shores of the clear water of Table Rock Lake. It is a quiet area to relax but all the attractions of Branson are only minutes away.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are so close to the Lake, the water is just yard from the condo building. We have an on site swimming pool, tennis courts, weight & exercise room, and a marina with a convenience store less than a half of a block away. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away at the Southtown mall. We are a gated community so the amenities offered are strictly for our guests and resident use only. Fabulous scenery to enjoy; you won't believe that all the attractions of Branson are just minutes away. A wonderful place to return to rest after a day of sightseeing, shopping, or boating.
