This cozy carriage house apartment is is located in downtown Pensacola in the premier neighborhood of Aragon and just two blocks from Pensacola Bay. Stone floors, lots of natural light, and high ceilings create a sense of space and a breezy ambiance. Relax on a private balcony while you sip your morning coffee after a restful night's sleep in a comfy bed with high quality linens. HD TV and a wireless JBL speaker to play your tunes. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Keurig coffee maker and a selection of coffee choices. Ample closet space for all your things and a full size washer & dryer. Palafox Street, which was named one of the “10 Great Streets in America” by the American Planning Association with it's countless restaurants and shops is only blocks away. Enjoy some of Florida’s top dining in our historic downtown. Catch a game at the Maritime Park, named a 100 Top Stadium Experience. Downtown Pensacola is teaming with history and many historical tours are available. Visit one of our downtown museums and countless art galleries. St. Michael's Historical Cemetery is one block from the apartment and worth a couple hours of your time. We have several craft breweries within walking distance from the apartment. Our favorites are Odd Colony on north Palafox and Perfect Plain located only a short walk away on Garden Street.
The world-class white sand beaches of Pensacola are less than 9 miles away. Pensacola Beach was named USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice 2018 Best Florida Beach. Gulf Islands National Seashore was named Best Florida Attraction in the 2018 10Best Readers’ Choice awards, chosen by readers of USA TODAY and 10Best.

Loved Our Stay

The location this place is in is absolutely marvelous, both in terms of it proximity to the cool stuff around Pensacola, but also the neighborhood itself is just wonderful. The owners have stocked the place full of all sorts of things that you wish you would have in most rentals, but never do. That makes the stay so nice. Plus, the place itself is very nice. It’s not very big, but for the two of us, we were just fine. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay in Pensacola!My wife and I spent a three-day weekend in Pensacola for a wedding, and this property was truly one of the nicest we've ever stayed in.It’s located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that’s close to downtown and within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, bars, and other amenities. The property itself is elegant, private, and extremely comfortable.The owners have thought of everything to make guests feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and generously stocked with coffee, tea, and breakfast items. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout the property.Communication with the owners was excellent—they were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Pensacola. Highly recommended!

Long weekend get away

The property was just as the description described. It was all brand new and very clean. The area was very nice and we felt very safe, we walked downtown for breakfast which was a short walk. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone if staying in the area. The owners were very responsive to any communication we had with them.

Beautiful Area and Wonderful Hosts

My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding and the few days following. Leslie and Hal were more than gracious and accommodating when we decided last-minute to extend our trip one more night. In honor of the wedding they had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us at check-in. This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Stocked with coffees, sugars, creamers. Fully furnished with a washer/dryer, oven range, fridge, and dishwasher incase you are needing a longer stay. It's in a beautiful area with a neighborhood park and community garden, and downtown Pensacola just minutes away!

Great weekend getaway!

Had our first parent trip out since having our 18 month old. We loved the location and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the restaurants we wanted to go to. Everything is super clean and well decorated. Look forward to coming back another weekend!

First Class Lodging Experience in Pensacola, FL

The carriage house apartment was charming and very comfortable. The property is centrally located to all downtown Pensacola. It is safe and provided easy and pleasant walking to local restaurants and attractions. The lodging is very clean and includes all services for a pleasant stay. Home away from home! Leslie and Hal were very responsive hosts and provided warm southern hospitality. We recommend their place for an excellent lodging experience.

The Perfect Getaway For Two!

This was our first time staying at a guest house! We saw the listing and the reviews are what sold us. The process was so easy and the owner responded quickly. The guest house was very cozy and clean. What we didn’t have, they had it there for us! Everyone we met was very nice! It’s in walking distance to the downtown area of shops and restaurants. The beach was about 15 min away! We loved our stay and will be back again!

Stayed a week

I’m from Pensacola but moved last year. I trusted the area that this home is in, and it was near the art class my daughter was taking with her friends. This rental is close to everything you’d want to do downtown and it is quiet and not too far to get to the beach. The rental is decorated so tastefully and extremely clean. All the amenities you could need are available as well. The owners are very responsive and so very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!

The property was super clean, in a very nice neighborhood, very convenient location, and had all the right amenities. The only thing we didn't like about the place was the chairs were uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have some soft, comfy chairs to sit in while you relaxed. Everything else was absolutely perfect!

Perfect introduction to Pensacola

This VRBO is lovely, light-filled, quiet, impeccably appointed, and clean. It is a few blocks from the bay, Seville Park, downtown Pensacola, and in a bucolic neighborhood with beautiful homes, little parks, gardens, etc. I had everything I needed from the fully equipped kitchen, W/D, full bath, living and dining spaces, modern technology, and a separate bedroom. Leslie was a great host who responded quickly and had the VRBO cleaned and linens replaced several times during my stay. Don't forget to check out the Aragon Cafe, recommended restaurants in the literature left for you, and take long, relaxing walks along the bay. - a true welcome to Pensacola!
