This is a newly renovated home to be used as our guest house for family and friends. This home is in the Westmoreland Heights subdivision in Batesville, just 2 blocks off Highway 6. The house is adjacent to our family home and sits atop a hill overlooking the 16th and 18th fairways of the Panola Country Club golf course. It features an open floor plan with a modern central kitchen with all new upscale appliances. We also have a basketball court for a little outdoor activity.

For SEC sports fans, we provide the "calm before the storm" being 25 minutes from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, The Pavilion and Swayze Field. For peaceful and mindful visits, our guests are 5 minutes from Magnolia Grove Monastery. Plenty of food and shopping available in Batesville and 25 minutes from the Oxford Square. For hunting and fishing enthusiasts, we are 5 minutes from Sardis Lake and 10 from Enid Lake and surrounded by some of the best hunting land in Mississippi. If you are gambler, we are 45 minutes from the Tunica casinos, with new Sportsbook available.

We do require 72 hours in between bookings.

The house was great, very cozy and comfortable, the amenities were awesome especially the luxurious towels. We didnā€™t need to purchase any extra detergents, soap, salt/pepper, paper towels and etc. it was all in abundant supply. The neighborhood was quaint, quiet, secure and relaxing. There was a nice basketball court that we enjoyed shooting some hoops. The hosts Rosemary and Tom were available if needed. We could not find a better place to bring our family of 8 and really look forward to our next stay in Parsley Sage.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. This was our third stay and we have already booked a fourth. The property has everything you would need and more. Very spacious. Perfect for family get togethers. Close to stores and restaurants but has a country feel due to being on a golf course. You will love staying here!!

Rosemary was a wonderful host. Very attentive to communication. The house was perfectly located for us to make a short drive into Oxford for Ole Miss football festivities and game. All the special touches throughout the house made us feel so welcome. The property sits on a golf course with beautiful trees which was so peaceful. We thoroughly loved our stay.

We rented the Home for our sonā€™s graduation at Ile Miss. the home exceeded our expectations!! The home was beautiful and the homeowner Rosemary went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we come back to watch a game.

Great Experience; Clean Home!

My sister and I stayed here with our families and it was perfect for us. The house was very clean and the check in process was easy. Thereā€™s a small creek at the back of the property that my ) year old son and 7 year old nephew loved exploring. Weā€™ll definitely stay here again!

This place is an absolute gem!!! Only 15 min from Oxford, close to interstate so easy drive. Home is so clean, beautiful and has EVERYTHING you could need. Outstanding

We had a total of 7 people and it was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Rosary was amazing and so helpful. We came in for three nights from Oklahoma for a football game in Oxford and it was the perfect place off the beaten path and outside of all the crazy of Oxford. While still making it easy to get there. We were incredibly impressed with the home, location and amenities of the property.

Perfect

Very nice huge property, great location and very clean. This is my second stay at this property and our third is already booked for next year. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway and plenty of restaurants. Our family from 3 different states met here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property has an open floor plan so people can sit in different spots but still feel together. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Great Property and Host!

Everything was beautiful and so comfortable! Check in and check out was super easy. Neighborhood was great. We didnā€™t get to use it because it was raining, but the outside space was great as well. Batesville was just a short drive to Oxford for the Kentucky/Ole Miss game. People are SUPER FRIENDLY there!!

Graduation weekend

This is a beautiful, well appointed home in a beautiful golf course neighborhood. Very quiet, yet near the highways. A 30 minute drive to the Ole Miss campus and Oxford. Home was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. We highly recommend this charming home.

The Perfect Property

Huge property with plenty of room and very clean. Extremely well taken care of. Owners went above and beyond my expectations with the amenities. The house is very well stocked. There were games, movies, sport equipment. This is the best property I have ever stayed at. Look no further this is the one. I am already planning my next stay.

Rose Mary is wonderful. We have stayed previously and will keep coming back! The house is wonderful - clean always and well stocked!!!! Rose Mary is always available if needed. Love the neighborhood and the area. We will be back again and again!
