• About 5 miles to downtown Sarasota where you’ll enjoy great dining, music, arts and shopping
• About 9 miles to St. Armand’s Circle, where retail therapy rules!
• A multitude of other amenities such as grocery shopping, gas-getting, coffee-sipping and more are all within a 5-10 minute drive.

☆ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ☆

☆ This is a SELF-CATERING unit. We will provide essentials to get you started (coffee, tea, sugar, TP, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, etc.) but do not provide supplies for a long-term stay. As such, you should take a look at the supplied essentials when you arrive, then make plans to acquire more if required.

☆ PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly recommended you obtain travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen which could cause you to need to cancel your trip. If you choose *not* to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our strict cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel investment. If you choose to book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy.
