Although this home is in a busy Gilbert Mesa area, it is very quiet enjoyment being surrounded by the golf course. Play in the pool or sit in the adjoining hot tub with no traffic noise. Note: When you book there will be a $100 a day charge for pool heating which is partially refundable after your stay depending on use. Back yard pool, spa, BBQ and fire pit are fueled by a large propane gas tank. You will only pay for the amount you use, the remainder of your deposit will be refunded after stay. Large gas heater heats the pool and hot tub fast and efficiently. Hot tub in 30-45 minutes, pool in ~10 hours. Gas is a much better option than electric if you want heat when you want heat.

WINTER UPDATE: With the price of propane getting higher, be prepared for an additional charge if you want to heat the pool and keep it heated during your stay. When it's cool outside, it can take ~$200 in gas to get up to temp and $75-$100 a day to keep it warm. The spa is inexpensive to run and your deposit will cover that. The pool is getting more expensive in the winter with the cool weather. Be prepared to pay an additional fee above your deposit for heating the pool. Propane is up over $1.00 a gallon in the last year. Again I only charge for the gas you use with no markup. If you heat the pool, it is your responsibility to pay the excess charges at checkout.
