Great stay - again!

We had such a wonderful stay before, we were happy to return again. This townhome is in a great walking area, is comfortable and clean, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is nicely appointed. Wonderful house for us

We were doing a renovation at our home and needed a rental for 3 weeks. We are a family of 6 and needed ample space for all of us, this house was perfect! It was less than a mile from the kids school, pet friendly, and close to all the places we go to on a daily basis. Michelle was easy to get in contact with as well!

Very nice townhome

The property was perfect for us. The townhome was very clean and had all amenities we required. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Enjoyed daily walks on the trails. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Quiet, peaceful, & roomy

Family vacation

Overall very nice stay at this property. It was ample for our family of 5 (all adult age). The property was clean and as it is in the pictures. The property owner, Michelle, was quick to reply with any questions we had. The area is very nice and quiet. We were visiting family in The Woodlands, so the location was perfect. Many stores nearby, too. Would definitely come back.

Gracious hostess, and gracious living, very clean townhome with open floor plan first floor, and bedrooms upstairs. Would definitely stay again. Safe location and room for at least two vehicles in the garage and the driveway. Lots of towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, laundry soap, and more! Very easy living

Great townhouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood

Clean, well-stocked, and spacious. Excellent location that we chose because of its proximity to Texas Baseball Ranch, and nearby shopping centers are also a plus. Michelle is very responsive to messages! We appreciated that when we needed to modify our reservation, she was flexible in helping us do that. Aloha & malama!

Nice stay

Townhome is located near restaurants and an HEB which was a plus! We were in town for a wedding and I was fixing brunch for the bridal party at the venue. There was easy access to property via key pads. Small backyard but it worked for the furry members of our group. Definitely a plus to have a pooper scooper for them!! Nice walkways around neighborhood for our morning walk too. Overall the property and location were perfect for our stay.

AC filters unchanged

At first glance the house seemed okay. neighborhood felt very safe! House was tidy. The kitchen had condiments, utensils, etc. However, soon after entering the house, my husband began sneezing and my eyes were itchy/watering and my sinuses bothering me. The AC filters ( visible throughout the house -not up high in an attic or anything) were CAKED in dust. So much that we could see it just from glancing at them (not removing the covers or anything). We found a new clean filter in a closet and asked permission to change it (pain in the rear, of course). Unfortunately, we couldnt find new/ clean filters for the other two. when I texted to ask about potential whereabouts of the other two new filters, I did not receive a reply. Also, there werent any towels in the bathrooms and only two towels in the hallway linen closet (but we had four guests staying there). eventually, my husband found them in the dryer. also, it isnt an option to have the fan on high in one of the guest rooms because after awhile of being on, the jostling causes the pull chains/charms to clang together in a loud noise. lastly, there was a dead roach in the garage.

Lovely Stay!

This home is beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. Everything was just as advertised and extremely clean. The owners have gone through the trouble to put every amenity possible in the home as well. Beds were very comfortable and I also appreciated that there was plenty of pillows :-) :-)

Great for families!

My family stayed here while we were visiting my parents in town. The house was more than we could have asked for! Comfortable beds, quality towels, and lots of little extras around like board games/puzzles for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay!
