Cute and cozy 1 br + loft condo with great views in Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club

Walk to the lifts at Canyon Lodge from this recently remodeled unit which offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and 1000 square feet of space. There are fantastic views of the Sherwin Mountains from the balcony, living room and bedroom windows.

Ideally located in building E with the indoor jacuzzi, sauna, rec room, laundry and adjacent to the pool and BBQ. Complex has tennis courts, horseshoe pits and is next to the ski back trail, bike trails and trolley stop!

Enjoy a movie on a TV in the living room, bedroom or loft on Netflix or a dvd player!

Includes one garaged parking space. Two flights of stairs from the garage, one flight from the pool side of building.

One or two well behaved dogs welcome with host approval ($75 fee). Please mention that you would like to bring your pet when booking.

Note: In the winter months you may need chains and/or 4WD to reach the condo!

Stays of 31 days or more receive a 25% discount. Part of this is to refund the local 14% Transient Occupancy Tax collected by VRBO since it is only required for stays of 30 days or less.

The condo was even better in person! Very clean and well equipped. Beds were super comfy, thoughtful touches made it easy to settle in. Jeremy was fantastic to work with and super responsive. Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved this place ! Clean, quiet location just a few minutes to the main part of town, a well equipped kitchen and great mountain view. Perfect for a couple or a family. We would not hesitate a minute to rent this place again!

Awesome get-a-way in Mammoth!!

We choose this condo because it looked really clean and updated in the VRBO profile. We were expecting a nice place. Our expectations were exceeded. This place was FABULOUS!! Great location, amazing views from all the windows! Super clean and updated with very appealing colors, fabrics and finishes. Everything was wonderful. The beds and linens were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc. The bathrooms were beautiful with great shower heads and good water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. - everything we needed and more. The living and dining rooms were comfortable and spacious. The owners' pride of ownership is evident in every room. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property

Was perfect for our family ski trip. Very well equipped and had everything we needed including snow sleds. The property manager, Jeremy was great to deal with.

Great unit and location

Nicely remodeled unit, beautiful views, located very near pool, hot tub and bbqs. Perfect for our family. Good communication with owner. Enjoyed our stay. Lots of great summer activities in Mammoth.

My wife and two children (9 and 11) stayed in this condo for 4 days in November and it was perfect. For the first time in at least 20 VRBO properties the reality was better than the pictures. kitchen was well stocked, kids had appropriate movies to choose from and the access to wonderful day trips is outstanding! The owner graciously accounted for a mistake on our end in the booking, too. highly recommend and will stay here again.

Great Mammoth visit

Lots of positives--easy to communicate with the owner, very clean, nice layout, kitchen was well stocked, nice blackout drapes in dining area (as it was hot a couple of days), nicely furnished, plenty of towels, plenty of paper products, covered parking, no doggy smell and there was a great walking trail for the dog up behind the condos. Kind of a pain to take the dog out to go potty at night....long hallway and lots of doors and steps, and very dark (bring a flashlight or headlamp) Totally doable, but not right out the door. And, my only real complaint was the very narrow stairs to the 2nd floor. You need to be very careful if you have big feet. LOL!

Awesome place

We stayed here for three weeks. It was my husband and I and one of our sons. It was perfect for the three of us and our dog. This place is beautiful! Views are endlessly amazing and the inside is tastefully decorated with everything you need. Jeremy is so awesome to work with, easy to communicate with and gets back to you right away. We all loved staying here and can’t wait to go back.

Cozy and close

The condo itself was great! It has very nice interior decor, comfy beds, and was clean, well maintained and well stocked. The location is walking distance to Canyon Lodge. The entrance is steep - in snowy weather chains/all weather tires may be needed. The internet cut out occasionally - but that may have been due to the snowy weather. The hot tub and rec room shared with the complex are not as nice as the condo itself, but serviceable. The views from the condo were beautiful. The owner was promptly responsive and easy to work with. We would go again.

Convenient, well appointed condo near Canyon Lodge

This place was fantastic. It's about a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge, which is less time than you'll spend walking to the gondola in the Village, waiting in line and riding up. The unit has been nicely redone, and, while small, it comfortably slept our family of 5 and had garage parking. The owner, Jeremy, was helpful and prompt in answering our questions. The only ding I'd give this place is the master bed was too soft and saggy for my subjective taste. Note: the short road up to the condo from the main road is pretty steep and slick. We had no problems with chains on a AWD, but other cars struggled before the road was sanded.

Hi Jason, Thanks for your review and we are happy you enjoyed your stay! I just wanted to mention that the walk to Canyon Lodge is more like 10-12 minutes, but it probably seems like 5 compared to the Village Gondola line. :-) Also, they do a great job of plowing (and sanding) the road into the complex. It has never been a problem in my experience, especially if you have chains or AWD. Jeremy

Most Beautiful Place!

Highly Recommend!! My son and I stayed at this unit from August 20th through August 25th, 2018 and all we can both say is wow! This unit by far, has been the most clean, organized, meticulously decorated, the kitchen had absolutely anything you would need plus beautiful- new appliances and kitchen ware, bathrooms awesome, furniture new and clean, allowing us to bring our precious pups with us, just overall, we had a fantastic stay! The beds were very comfortable, everything new and fresh throughout, views of the mountains- perfect, we will definitely have this as our place of stay when visiting Mammoth! Many thanks to the owner for their hospitality and for having such a beautiful place for visitors to stay! Thank you!
