You will benefit from the garden, terrace (barbecue) and private parking (pétanque field) within the property consisting of the owners' house and this outbuilding (independent access). You will have independent access from the owners and secure with electric gate. A large living room with flat screen TV DVD player, overlooking the south west facing terrace with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs as well as the landscaped garden. A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer. Cellar with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor + WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom + WC. Baby equipment on request without supplement. Cleaning on request (45 € package).
