Bienvenue, Welcome to Park Lodge!

Cozy charming cottages, vintage keys, powdered colors and unique objects give little more soul to this former winery converted into cozy cottages.

By the wooden bridge adjoining the property, guests have access to the municipal park, with fitness trails, children's playground, tennis court, soccer ball, and petanque completely free.

Each of the two houses consists of:

On the ground floor: 1 large space forming living room / dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (high-end bedding 160 X 200), 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet.

• The living room boasts a large open fire, armchairs and soft sofas;

• The kitchen is open to the living room (about 50 m2), is thought to make this space a friendly place with all amenities. Besides a wide range of utensils and small appliances (toaster, traditional and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle, food processor, ...) it also offers a head of piano with hood, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher 1 fridge / freezer;

• One room is located on one level (bed 160 × 200);

The first floor consists of: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 1 separate toilet.

• A room with bed 160 × 200;

• Two twin beds 90 x 200 (one of which is convertible into double bed XL 180 x 200);

• The bathrooms are equipped with either a tub / shower or a shower in order to best meet the needs and tastes of young and old;

• All parts of the house are equipped with wifi;

Particular care is taken to the high quality bedding (sheets washed laundry).

Baby cots can be provided on request.

Guests enjoy TV (flat screen 37 ') by ADSL, DVD player, HIFI, free wifi, linen and towels provided, kitchen kit.

Take the time to pause and open all your senses: listen carefully to birdsong, admire ducks, moorhens and herons that cross the body of water, you lay in the soft grass, listen to the river, rediscover the smell of the air, flowers, and even that of the earth! Taste the flavors of local wines in the surrounding caves.

The immediate surroundings of the property is particularly attractive:

• Fishing enthusiasts will delight in the pond located 300 m and the river that marks the property (cards and annual day to take locally).

• Sweet promenade at the heart of this small village wine, a land of traditions and meetings, that has, by its position in Touraine, in the center of the castles of the Loire, open to tourism and wine tourism.

• Do not miss: GR and bike paths, equestrian center, lake, Gué Péan castle.

Rental to families and responsible hosts, thank you to make use of the places with respect and precaution: No party or evening.

The deposit is 600 € (check not cashed) and returned after the inventory of departure.
