Our new 1 bedroom suite has a private entrance and a fabulous view of Georgia Strait. It has all you will need to make your stay comfortable. It has cosy warm feeling which is sure to please.
There is a private patio to relax on while watching all the ocean activity. We are situated on the hill over looking the Pier and within walking distance to the wharf and the down town core. Where you can enjoy one of many great restaurants.
Hike Paradise meadows in the summer or take the chair lift to the top. In the winter months enjoy a day of skiing at Mt Washington. Only a 40 minute drive.
Our suite is in our primary residence.

This was such a lovely spot! It was superbly clean and well appointed, Kristi was easy to communicate with, and Ray even brought milk for my morning coffee! I was so cozy there preparing for the next part of my trip. I hope I get to stay here again on another visit to Campbell River.

Meticulously clean and well maintained. Beautifully finished and furnished. Magnificent view and great location. Street can be busy but unit is behind the house so can’t hear it at all. The unit is below the house and you can hear footsteps from upstairs but not bad.

What a fantastic view. Spent a lot of time just sitting on the patio or looking out the window - just in case a whale happened to pass by. Unfortunately nothing did but we saw Bald Eagles. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious and very conveniently located. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely 3 nights at Pier View. Exactly as described and so peaceful and very clean. Didn’t see the owners so didn’t feel like we were imposing. Every amenity possible, and great to be able to do a load of washing after travelling across BC and Alberta for 10 days! Would recommend!!

What an amazing property, do not hesitate to book you will not be disappointed! The view alone is amazing and we spent many hours just gazing over the water. The photos dont do the property justice, its been finished to a very high standard and maintained well. The suite was so clean and well decorated, it had everything you needed and kitchen well stocked if you wish to cook. Kristi and Ray were so lovely and welcoming, im so sorry i never got around to write a review in the guest book in the suite. Thank you for sharing your home a wonderful stay in Campbell River in a delightful property.

Great spot!

The property was immaculate. Every detail was thought of.Our hosts were very thoughtful and engaged. Definitely recommend for a short or long stay. Great location just above downtown and so close to Quadra Island as well.

Delightful.

First visit to Campbell River. Place was perfect for my needs. Comfortable, great yard/view, walkable to waterfront. Owner very welcoming. On my own this time but hope to return with partner for longer visit. Definitely recommend this property.

Hubby and I just had a great stay. Great views, clean suite and the bed was super comfortable. Very short drive to town that offers plenty to places to dine out or grab some takeaway. Would recommend!

Amazing stay!

To all the ships ashore we landed in this amazing suite. We saw Bald Eagle go by, watched the deer in the yard and the racoon on the fench. Fine BBQ and super kitchen if you want to make your own diner but a variatie of restaurants nearby. Very friendly host: Kristi and Ray, comfi bed and luxery shower. The view the bay is stunning, one moment it looks like ice the ofher there are big cruise ships moving. We hiked the: boardwalk paradise meadow trail. 9 km but such a overwelming nature. There are black bears we saw them on our way up. Loaded chowder at Crabby Bob’. Was delicious more like a soup with prawns clams salmon. We defintly come back

Perfect Campbell River Rental

The apartment was well planned and executed. Everything was new and clean. Perfect location near all the activities. Wonderful view of the water and boats floating by. Cannot go wrong when renting this place.

Lovely stay

Great location, close to beautiful walks along the water, the wharf, and to the CR Museum, where there are fabulous, well-done exhibits detailing the history of the area. The place was well-appointed, private, clean, & comfy. We'd definitely choose this place again.

A lovely get-away

Pier View is a very comfortable and attractive suite, with lots of lovely and welcoming little touches. The view to the ocean was wonderful - and despite the slightly frosty weather, we took advantage of the seats outside to watch the fishing boats go out and the gulls soar as we drank our morning coffee. Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful as well. The suite is located within walking distance of almost everything we needed, so we parked our vehicle and walked for most of our trip.

Great accommodation in Campbell River

This rental met all of our expectations. It is modern and thoughtfully furnished and well equipped for an enjoyable stay. It is close to downtown facilities and to North Island Hospital, and it has a clear view of the water.

Ray and I have lived in Campbell River all our lives. Between the two of us we have great knowledge of activities around the area. We have raised 4 children. We enjoy the out doors. Camping , hiking and spending time on the water.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We bought this property in 2015. We rented the previous house for 2 1/2 years. We then decided to sell the house we had been living in for the past 25 years and renovate this view property. However it turned into a new build. We tore the old home down and started fresh. The house was larger then what we needed so we decided to add a vacation rental and share our view with others that enjoy the ocean scenery.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When Ray and I took on the challenge of building, we were so unsure about leaving our old home. For the last 4 months since we have been living here we have realized that this was the right move. The view is amazing and the water activity is constantly changing.
