Located in crowded Shibuya business district, 4 mins walk from A0 exit (Uniqlo) of Shibuya station! You can easily reach anywhere in Tokyo, such as Skytree, Asakusa, Ueno, Ningyocho, Imperial Palace, Tsukiji Fish Market, Ginza, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, etc. Taking a short walk to Takeshita st, Omotesando, Meiji-Jingu. Youā€™ll love my place, the neighborhood, the light, the coziness and the comfy bed clean!

惻It's a spacious* 1-bedroom condo BEST FOR 2 GUESTS but can host 4 people using a Japanese-style floor futon.
惻The number of guests in reservation as shown below.

1. One full size (approx. 135x210cm) bed frame with mattress sleeps 2 guests.
2. One full size Japanese style floor futon* sleeps the 3rd and/or 4th guests.

*Important!!! Itā€™s spacious 1-bd in terms of Japanese view angle in the center of Shibuya. To be specific, the entire property is around 27 sq. meters. When futon is used, there is no floor space left in bedroom. You will need to fold and put aside the futon to get more floor space for eating or opening luggage, etc. The listing pictures show everything of the room. There is no hidden space outside of the pictures. :) Please review them carefully and make sure the space is acceptable before making the booking.

**If you have special request for bedding arrangement, please make sure to communicate with me before booking. Note: floor futon is not in the room. I need to inform cleaner company to prepare it for you.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Shibuya. The property was in excellent conditionā€”clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the owner was outstanding from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location couldnā€™t have been better. It felt safe and quiet, yet we were only a short walk from shops, groceries, Shibuya crossing, and the train station, which made exploring Tokyo incredibly convenient. As a family of four, the space was cozy, but it worked perfectly for us. Everything we needed was provided, and it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Overall, this was a fantastic base for our Tokyo adventure. The combination of a great location, reliable communication, and a clean, well-kept property made our stay truly enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

This apartment is small, but there was room enough for three of us. The air conditioning and utilities worked well. The location is great - located within walking distance of Shibuya Crossing and MegaMart. Lots of restaurants surrounding the building and easy to get to/from train station.

Not recommendable for 3 persons

The unit is small for the 3 persons. I don't feel comfortable sleeping on the floor as the bed can accommodate only 2 person. The TV is so small. The only good thing is that they are very near to the shopping centers, restaurants.

TINY space in great neighborhood

Seriously the smallest place I've ever stayed. But the neighborhood is terrific and the space was clean. Our host was very responsive and answered any questions within minutes. This would be a great stay for a couple wanting to experience a neighborhood with lots of young people, restaurants and bars. Side note (which was a plus for us, but not be for everyone) this is right in the heart of "love hill', essentially an old red light district. So you'll be walking by (or into) plenty of sex shops, strip shows, and rest (hourly) hotels. It never felt gross or unsafe, just fun. My wife and I loved it.

Amazing Location!

My brother and I stayed here for 12 days and found it exactly as presented online. Because there were two of us, the host put out a futon. It was comfortable enough for a good night of sleep, and surprisingly long enough for someone 6 feet tall. The room is small (as well as the shower), but it was what we expected and definitely manageable. The size of the room is less important since you'll be spending most of your time out in Tokyo! The location is fantastic! Super close to tons of restaurants and shops and, of course, Shibuya. It was easy to get anywhere we needed outside of Shibuya with a quick walk to the nearest Line. There was clear communication with the host on how to get our key and what to do with our trash and recycling. Only having one key was a challenge at first, but it was easier after we realized we could continue to store it in the locked mailbox. I would definitely stay here if I came to Tokyo again!

Good location. Left more to be desired

Communication with the host was great. The location was great and the photos looked good. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. The whole place smelt of mildew, there was some mold on the shower curtain and although we did have a sizeable balcony, we could barely use it because there was an old fridge and wash machine out there. We had no mugs, or plates. Which I found odd. And some sort of a table top or full length mirror would do wonders as we were 2 woman. We also were only provided one towel and one hand towel each. So that, along with the mildewy smell in the apartment/ washroom made our towels smell so bad I didnā€™t want to use mine for the last 2 days. One towel for 5 days is not enough! Thatā€™s the bad. Aside from that the room was spacious for Tokyo, the building was quiet and secure and youā€™re only about a 10 min walk from Shibuya which is nice. The building has an elevator but also has about 5 steps to get into the lobby which makes it difficult with heavy luggage.

Maybe it was my own experience I was not lucky enough like the other visitors, but when we got in the building was under construction so the smell like paint everywhere was strong for me wasn't any problem but my kid with asma 8 years old was something that I couldn't do to him, he needs a clean air environment :( and then we step in the room and I was just 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 2 blankets on the floor, for 5 people, maybe if the building was in better condition we could stay, but honestly to be traveling from usa one day before of the day when we have to get in. Not having a good night sleep for 2 days on the plane and come home to sleep on the floor for the next 3 days after our arrival I couldn't do that to my 8-11 year old kids and my 73 years old mom...

Was a little confusing coming from the JR line as instructions are from metro. And couldn't find the exit mentioned. But got there in the end. Once there great, apartment as described, small but good for Tokyo and very good location. For the price don't think you can beat this place

Terrible manager

Location of the property is great, but instead of address we had pictures with directions. Naturally at 9 pm in the city you do not know, you can't find the place. I emailed the manager, got no reply. If not for the good Samaritan, (American, who had been living in Tokyo for 30 years) who spend 30 min with us looking for the place, we would not have been able to find it. When we finally found the lock box which was supposed to have two keys, there was one. Manager neglected to inform us about the change. We travel a lot and rent apartments everywhere, normally there is a manual with useful information about the apartment, etc. None here. Air-conditioning is operated by remote, everything in Japanese. When I emailed manager asking which button to push to put it on cold, he suggested I send him a picture of the remote that he can circle it and send it back. Finally I stopped communicating, building manager helped with AC. I could not use the hot plate and the wi-fi was useless for the same reason. As I said before, first time in all our travels we had such an attitude from the manager. But apartment is not bad, and location is good, ten minutes walk from Shibuya station.
