Stunning, spacious, comfortable beach front condo on Gulf of Mexico

Hurricanes Helen and Milton: All damages have been repaired and our building is better than ever with new pool and hot tub, lounge chairs, pool bathrooms and BBQ area. Come on down and enjoy!
Unit 406 at Anglers Cove is well equipped for laid back fun on the sugary white sand beaches of Pinellas County. It is on the 4th floor front corner of the building (see photo with our condo circled on it). Enjoy dinner alfresco on our wraparound balcony as you spy dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico. Interior recently renovated. We have tried to imbue it with a comfortable beach cottage feel by decorating in muted blues and greens. We like to cook and bake and have supplied the kitchen accordingly. This is not your typical bare bones condo rental. We use it as a second home to gather with our families who live in the area. Downstairs there is a beachfront heated pool, jacuzzi and grill/picnic area. There is pay per use laundry on each floor, 2 elevators, covered parking, and on-site security and maintenance. Wi-Fi and 2 parking spaces included. Marvel at the sunset each evening as you sit on our spacious wraparound balcony. You will love your stay in paradise. Check out our reviews. (The pier that was once the focal point of our view from the balcony, has been completely removed.)

Furnishings updated regularly: December 2025 new sofas and living room rug; April 2023 we had the entire condo painted floor to ceiling and installed new carpet.; April 2022 we replaced the double beds in the middle bedroom with queen beds; April 2021 we installed a new walk in shower in the master bathroom to replace the previous bathtub/shower. Bathrooms and kitchen were upgraded to granite countertops with new sinks and hardware and new appliances in the kitchen in April 2017. We regularly replace the quilts and shower curtain liners as needed. We stay at our condo several times a year and can see for ourselves when things need to be cleaned or replaced. We also take time during these visits to touch up the paint. This is why our condo is consistently described as the best one in the building. It's because we care. We do not cover our annual expenses on this condo with rental fees, and certainly do not make money. Please respect it and take care of it as you would your own home so that we can all enjoy a beautiful getaway :)

Had a great stay! Responsive host, awesome location, condo stocked with everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, check in and check out were both easy. Loved being right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants.Only two bummers which are directed more toward building management than the host.Bummer #1: Laundry. The machines literally have tap to pay scanners that do nothing. You have to download and add funds to a third-party app which will NOT refund you if you don’t use all of your balance, so add funds carefully. That said, the machines work well and I like that they lock while in use. Bummer #2: Recycling. There is none. The trash chute is cool though!Neither bummer is a dealbreaker, but would be awesome if addressed. Would definitely stay here again!

Location couldn’t be beat. Right on the water in a quiet area. Spacious property with a very nice patio. Amazing views of the beach and sunset. The condo had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The property managers were helpful. Our only surprise was that we needed to rent beach towels at the office, but it was only 5 for the week. Overall we would highly recommend the area.

This unit was amazing, super spacious. The rooms were spacious for everyone and the beds were super comfortable. All the rooms having their own bathrooms was definitely a bonus for our family. This unit has beautiful views and using the hot tube at night was the best. We will definitely go back. It was a great get away for us and truly enjoyed being there during Thanksgiving.

We had a wonderful time in 406. The kitchen was very well appointed. Lots of plates… glasses… utensils.Also appreciated that all of the streaming apps were on the TV. So for Netflix - we just had to sign into our account… . Really liked that.Master bathroom was very nice.

Trip to the beach after Orlando

We stayed here after our trip to Orlando to get some beach time in. We had four kids with us ranging 6 to 15 y/o, 8 people total, and the unit accommodated us well! It was a nice short trip to the beach and pool from the unit, and although there was no view of the pool, the unit had a nice view of the beach. Elevator, trash chute and laundry were very close to the unit also, so that was convenient. Check in/out was nice and easy and the host was very responsive to all of my questions!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!

Wow! Our family had such an amazing time, everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo has such a welcoming and home feel to it, we loved all the personal touches throughout! Comfortable and plenty of room for the whole family, the balcony is spacious and has an amazing view! On-site staff were so friendly, helpful, and a joy to talk to! Thank you for hosting us, we hope to return again!

This was a family trip with my family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens) and my brother and sister in law. The condo was incredible! Amazing view, incredibly clean, well stocked kitchen supplies, and so comfortable. We are a family that likes to cook and the kitchen was well equipped to handle the job. It was a tight squeeze for more than 2 people, but had every amenity you could possibly need (great pans, strainer, cutting boards, knives that were actually sharp). Plenty of towels, comfy beds, great dining table, and roomy living area. We never actually used the pool, but it looked very nice. Proximity to the beach was incredible and the shower coming back in made clean up quick and easy. There were 2 umbrellas and tons of beach chairs (at least 6 if not more). Not having to pack that on top of everything else was amazing! Having three full baths was incredible! I’ll be honest, I don’t like having to share a bathroom with my two teenagers🤣. One of the bathrooms also had a walk-in shower, which was great for my brother-in-law who has some mobility issues. We did use the George Foreman grill, which really came in handy, especially when we didn’t want to cook fish in the condo. We took it right out on the patio and cooked it outside. Laundry facilities were right around the corner from the condo. Washers and dryers utilized a credit card reader. The coffee shop across the street is super cute! Loved the puzzle, but it is missing one piece We had a blast

Unit ok, building needs major work…

The unit was overall nice. I did catch my 2.5 year old trying to eat what appeared to be a full plate of spilled food dried on the ground btw the bed and wall from prior visitors… so cleaners are not thorough. Otherwise unit was as expected. We did spring break here with 3 kids ages 2.5, 4.5 and 6.5… they were most excited about having pool access. On the very first day of our stay the pool and hot tub closed because the plumbing backed up and sewage poured into the pool and all around the pool area. It was closed the rest of our stay. It also was not cleaned up in a timely manner and for 3 days I had to coach my kids to avoid walking in the sewage around the pool and in parking lot that had visible feces and toilet paper. It looked and smelled as you would expect. One of the elevators also broke down so for most our week the entire building was waiting on 1 elevator. Lastly, the washing machines on our floor didn’t work so we had to take laundry up and down floors to wash it. Not a big deal if you just wash one load during your stay… but the unit is very stingy on towels. 1 hand towel, 2 wash cloths and 2 big towels per bedroom meant to accommodate 4 people. We were doing laundry every other day just to make sure everyone had a clean towel. I gave it 2 stars for good location and pretty unit, but cleaning is below average and building is very under maintained with a run down feel as many things are broken down. Pool being closed was a huge let down for our family’s vaca.

Great stay at Anglers Cive!

This is our 3rd year at Anglers Cove. Their spacious 3BR/3BA rooms are perfect for my large family. The staff at Anglers Cove has always been friendly and accomodating. We don't have anything bad to say about the location or amazing rooms...we plan to return again next year.

Beautiful Condo!

This is a very clean and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, which was perfect for traveling with two other adult couples. We all enjoyed the well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. We appreciated having use of the beach chairs and enjoyed watching the sunsets on the balcony. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Perfect beach escape

This exceeded expectations! Comfortable, clean, and outstanding views. So nice to have the heated pool and hot tub since the ocean water was still pretty chilly. And super convenient to have the umbrella and chairs to sit on the beach. Very short drive to John’s Pass shopping and activities and some restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great holiday trip.

Great location on beach. Good size condo. Was not able to use outside area due to wind. Pool and hot tub were still closed and didn’t look to be finished anytime soon. Saw dolphins everyday from beach. Only suggestion I have is maybe mention in check in info where on building lobby is. (Left side)

Warm getaway

Everything was just as described. The area is undergoing a lot of rebuilding from the recent hurricanes and the pool and hot tub were not open for our stay. However, we had a wonderful time on the beach. Condo is beautiful, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Space. Beautiful Location. Beautiful Time.

This unit is great - perfect beach location, great views, spacious rooms, and everything you'll need! The owner Tammy is very responsive and the management is friendly. Check-in was super easy and we were able to access it earlier than expected. It felt like a resort; comfortable beds and pillows, private bathrooms for all, and updated beach decor. There are more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy your time on the beautiful, quiet beach that is literally steps away. The only wish I have is to travel there again!

Family vacation

Everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Beautiful spacious clean condo, perfect balcony for sunset and easy access to the beach. Having beach umbrellas and chairs made our beach day’s perfect. The communication with the host was great and the staff at check in were very helpful. Definitely recommend and would book again.

Fantastic stay

We had a ladies trip here and loved it enough to book again for next year! We loved the location and the benefit of having beach chairs/umbrellas for our use. The condo was clean, comfortable well stocked and a great location. We loved every restaurant in the area we tried. The wrap around balcony was amazing and the sunset view was perfection. Great communication from hosts.

My husband I grew up, met and married in St. Petersburg. We left the area in 1991 for graduate school but our families and friends continue to draw us back to Florida. We live on Cape Ann, north of Boston with our son.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We looked at property for 3 years, each time we would visit, before we found this unit at Angler's Cove. We love that there is an on-site rental manager to take care of any issues our guests have. We also loved it because of it having 3 BR and 3 BA. Very few condos have that much space. We wanted to be able to quit dividing our time in FL between our two mothers homes, and were tired of renting condos on the beach that just didn't measure up. Now when we go to FL, everyone comes to our condo and we don't have to leave! When we are there, we always try to figure out how to stay just a day or two more. It is never enough time.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The powdery texture of the white sand is amazingly soft under foot. Anglers Cove is in a primarily residential area of the beaches, about half way between St, Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. This makes the beach in front of our building less crowded than St. Pete and Clearwater, but there are still restaurants and entertainment nearby.
