Oceanfront Condo The Palms

This second floor end unit at The Palms is recently refurbished and laid out for maximum comfort. Enjoy incredible views of the beach and ocean from the master bedroom and balcony. The large balcony overlooks the ocean and gives you a bird's eye view of scarlet macaws that frolic and feed on palm trees and almendros.

The balcony has a dining table and seating for 6 people, two deluxe lounge chairs and a bar for serving sunset drinks...it is the place to hang out!

The living room has comfortable seating for 6 people and a large (49") Smart TV with HDMI to easily connect your laptop for viewing movies or listening to your music. There is a breakfast bar with stool seating for three and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing gourmet meals with the abundance of fresh fruits, vegetables and seafood Jacó has to offer.

Our guests have full access to the pool complex next door at Croc's Casino Resort, where you can enjoy poolside food and drink or take your chances at the Vegas-style casino located inside the resort. Before heading into Croc's for the spa, café, varied restaurants or casino and night club, be sure to check out the live crocodiles located in the croc pond!

The Palms complex is located at the north and more quiet end of the beach, and has been featured on HGTV as a beachfront bargain in Jacó. We have private, gated parking, 24-hour security and cameras. Elevator access makes The Palms handicap-friendly.

Our bilingual property managers, Scott & Julieta, provide amazing concierge service and are available to make your vacation a memorable one. They can recommend restaurants, hiking trails and excursions, as well as give you the low-down on where to shop for the best seafood, meats and vegetables. They also can arrange fantastic tours that include white water rafting, waterfall rappelling, ATV jungle tours, sailing, crocodile mangrove tours, surf lessons, horseback riding, canopy zipline and more. The condo is a roomy 1,500 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

The Palms is about a 15-minute walk from the center of town or a 2-minute taxi ride. Taxis are plentiful and affordable in Jacó and a ride from anywhere in Jacó back to The Palms is less than $4. Bicycle rentals are available, too, and Jacó is a great, flat town for getting around on a bike.

Around town, you'll find a variety of surf shops, clothing and souvenir shops, bakeries, ice cream parlors, bakeries, bars and restaurants. It's a lively and fun town
