This bright, cheerful townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a much-desired corner unit within the fabulous Windsor Hills resort! On the 2nd floor, the King suite has an exceptionally comfortable, luxury 14” king size mattress with a perfect view of the flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom showcases a large soaking tub and expansive countertop. The Mickey bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed, fun Mickey-themed décor, and flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also plenty of space for the twin roll-away bed, conveniently stored in the large walk-in closet. On the 1st floor, the Queen suite also features a wonderfully comfortable, luxury 14” mattress and another flat screen TV. This room is perfect for guests who prefer not to climb the stairs. Attached to the bedroom is a well-appointed bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The living room features comfortable yet functional furniture to make your stay extraordinary! You will find beautiful leather sofas, a flat screen 55” Smart TV, and colorful seaside décor. The screened-in, private splash pool has no rear neighbors and highlights the beautiful green space available only in corner units! A sunny lanai provides the perfect location for morning coffee, late afternoon happy hours, and relaxing nighttime swims. This unit boasts a true south-facing pool which ensures maximum enjoyment of the beautiful Florida sun! The pool can be heated for an additional charge ($15/day for entire length of stay), and measures approximately 10’ x 10’ and 4’ deep. The private splash pool has a child safety alarm on the sliding glass doors leading to the pool area.

There is a reserved parking spot directly in front of the townhouse for your vehicle, and additional parking close by. Windsor Hills also provides an oversized parking area in the community for pre-registered motor homes and travel trailers.

This Disney vacation home includes bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, central air and heat, pack-n-play portable crib, highchair, hair dryers in each bathroom, domestic telephone service, a fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, glasses, appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, cookware, utensils, etc.

Windsor Hills is the closest rental resort community to Disney World property, and it is a 24-hour guard gated resort. Truly, it is the very best of its kind. All the fabulous resort amenities are included for everyone in your travel group! Located near the resort are grocery stores and liquor stores such as Target, Wal-Mart, and Publix. There are several golf and mini golf courses within just a few miles. There are many shopping plazas close by, and restaurants galore. The new Margaritaville is just minutes away. Some of our guests’ favorite restaurants include Buffalo Wild Wings, Outback Steakhouse, Chuy’s Mexican Restaurant, Rock & Brews, Texas Roadhouse, Miller’s Orlando Ale House, Chick-fil-A, Giordano’s, Flipper’s Pizza, Panera Bread, Cracker Barrel, Chipotle, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, and of course, all the Walt Disney World and Universal City Walk dining options! There is a Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts for morning coffee on the go! There is also a hospital, drug stores and several urgent care clinics all within 5-10 minutes.

Disney World parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), AMC movie theaters, Disney Springs, and ESPN World of Sports are approximately a 5-15 minute drive away from our beautiful rental townhouse. The town of Celebration is also only 10 minutes away. Old Town Kissimmee (features 8 restaurants, 75 shops and 18 amusement rides) is about a 10 minute drive. The Orange County Convention Center, Universal Studios, Halloween Horror Nights, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, Discovery Cove, Sea World, International Drive and Volcano Bay are all about a 15-20 minute drive.

If you like to shop, The Premium Outlets, Mall at Millennia and the Florida Mall are 20-25 minutes away. The Amway Center, Downtown Orlando and Church Street are approximately 30 minutes. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a 25 minute drive. Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive. Clearwater Beach and the Tampa Aquarium are 1½ hour away. East coast beaches such as Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach are only 45-60 minutes away. Gulf coast beaches such as Siesta Key, Clearwater and St. Pete are just a little further to the west. The Space Coast, including Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are less than an hour's drive. In other words, you will never tire of things to do near the Windsor Hills resort!
