Inside, the cabin is spacious, beautiful, and designed for comfort. The large seating area in the Great Room provides a great place to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace on a cool mountain evening or watch a good movie on the 55" Samsung Smart TV. The well-stocked kitchen provides the perfect place to create some fabulous meals if you enjoy cooking. There are two Queen bedrooms on the main level as well as a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The King Master Suite is upstairs, has a 32" flat-screen TV and it`s own personal screened-in balcony overlooking the river, the perfect spot to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee. 32" Smart TV/DVD in lower bedroom and 32" Smart TV also in the other lower bedroom. All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $145 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, a Coosawattee gate pass fee (not a physical pass it's for use of the resorts gates), guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax
