Two twin beds may be set up in a large fifth room, the doors of which close for privacy. Enjoy three floors, five bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, an arbor-covered patio, firepit, free safe parking, high-speed wifi, sling TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hilly, leafy neighborhood outside, and the smoke-free, pet-free, and dust-mite-free interior create a clean, comfortable accommodation for a family or group. Most bookings are for a weekend; please ask about a third night steep discount for football weekends. Also, note that I do not charge a cleaning fee or collect taxes.
