This exquisitely decorated, PLATINUM RATED, non-smoking, three bedroom, 3.5 bath town home is located at the base of the Arrowbahn high speed lift. Arrowhead is one of Vail Valley’s most prestigious gated communities and is one of the three base villages that now comprise the Beaver Creek Resort complex. For those of you familiar with Arrowhead you know you can more strategically ski the entire mountain from our location and this is one of the reasons for Arrowhead's increased popularity.

If understated elegance is what you desire to make your Beaver Creek vacation complete, this wonderful property is for you. Interior features include vaulted ceilings, wide planked hardwood floors, beautiful knotty alder cabinetry, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances.

You will find that the highest quality furnishings have been selected throughout. Two king size and two twin beds provide sleeping accommodations for six people. All three bedrooms have private baths and an elegant powder room is available for your guests. The swimming pool and hot tub await you after skiing. Heated underground parking is elevator serviced.

To make your visit as comfortable as possible, top of the line Stearns & Foster bedding and goose down pillows insure a good night's sleep after a hard day on the slopes. Guests who have stayed in our home have even inquired about the mattresses.

Great condo and perfect location

This property had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and just steps away from the pool and the mountain. This is my second time staying at Richards and we hope to come back next summer as well!

Overall, our stay was excellent due to the location, comfortable townhouse, and our host is exceptionally organized. Many comforts of home plus ski in and out. Arrowhead village is quiet and excellent location to ski Beaver Creek.

Beautiful Property and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on this property and it was everything and more the listing described it as. Richard was on top of it with checking in on us and the location was wonderful with proximity to the ski rentals and lift. We would stay here again without question. Very well maintained property!

4th of July Family Reunion

This is truly a wonderful townhome that I rented for my family, over the July 4th weekend. It was superb in many ways--location to everything, appointed very nicely in every way and air conditioned! I will definitely be booking this property for my family again in winter and summer!

Absolutely Fantastic Condo, Location and Experience!

I can't speak highly enough of this condo in Arrowhead Village. It is beautifully done with every amenity you need. The location in Arrowhead was fantastic in the summer and would be better for winter skiing, and the owner was extremely attentive and detailed regarding our needs. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot to spend some time!

Family ski trip

Wonderful time staying in Arrowhead. Condo is spectacular. Super clean and tidy. Location to Arrowhead lift, pool, bus to Beaver are all just steps away. Host did a terrific job of communicating before and during our stay. We would love to return.

Perfection in Arrowhead

This property and the surroundings are so beautiful. Wonderful bed and linens. Chef’s kitchen and if you need a No Stairs experience this is one of the few properties in the valley that does not require the use of stairs. The owners were amazing to us. We look forward to heading back in the summer.

Beautiful home

We had a lovely stay at the home for a ski trip. Dr. Cottrell was very accessible for any questions. The Arrow Bahn lift was easily accessible. I would recommend having a car as the village connect buses only drive here until 5:30. Great stay and would go again!

Wonderful second stay!

Our family had the best second stay at the property. Richard is wonderful and provides all the information you need. His home has everything you need. We love skiing out of Arrowhead. Steps to the lift and access to all of Beaver Creek mountain. We’ll be back!

Great Week in Beaver Creek

Three couples stayed at the condominium in Beaver Creek, Arrowhead Village. We had a wonderful week. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us with each bedroom having its own bath and a powder bath. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect with a short walk to the ski lifts, pool, ski shop and the shuttle service to Beaver Creek.

A high bar was set by Richard!

The condo is lovely and Richard has done a very good job of furnishing it with every conceivable supply! The rental is in a quiet peaceful development, with a number of hiking trails within close walking distance. The property location is wonderful between Edwards and Beaver Creek Village. I would definitely go back!

Perfect place to spend time -in fact so good we were sorry to leave.

The condo is wonderful - very well appointed, very roomy, very very comfortable and so close to the ski slopes and the pool and hot tub but just far enough away not to be bothered by noise. Very considerate owner - calling the day we arrived to see we were settled in, called again as we were leaving to check all was well - a particularly friendly and welcoming thing to do. The area is just marvellous - skiing, golf, walks, pool, great scenery, play ground for the children friendly helpful staff, and the whole complex just perfect. We could not have had a better experience for the nine days we were there.

Wonderful condo in ideal location

This property was fantastic! The condo was in an ideal location for our summer trip - it was a 1 minute walk to the playground, 1 minute walk to the pool, 3 minute walk to the hiking trail, and a 3 minute walk to the country club restaurant. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the linens/towels were high quality. This is one of the few condos with AC, which makes a huge difference! The owners checked in on us several times to make sure all of our needs were met and were very easy to work with. Arrowhead is a great neighborhood because it is secluded yet proximate to everywhere you may want to go. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful property and hospitality that made us feel we were staying at a friends home.

This is indeed luxurious, beautifully decorated, well equipped property with no shortage and attention to details. Richard would anticipate and inform us on anything to make our stay more pleasant, for example, let us know to turn on humidifier, or help us figure out a place to park an extra car when our plans were disrupted and we had to drive up in two cars. We felt we were being welcome and taken care of by friends rather than renting a property. The location is perfect, at arrowhead chairlift buildings. The spa and pool are fantastic. And March is the best snow month in Beaver Creek. Everything was perfect.

Nicely appointed unit

Loved everything about how this unit is appointed. Parking right below the unit was fantastic. Kitchen well appointed with every appliance you would want. Two gas fireplaces were cozy. Alpine club for pool 20 steps away (gym closed due to covid). Vista restaurant 100 steps away. Only issue for a summer vacation was the inside is dark (not well lit) for our taste.

Awesome townhome, great area, very attentive owners

The townhome was in perfect working order, and the owner's follow-up ensured that we were able to find ski storage lockers and everything else we needed on the trip. A side bonus is the parking .... 1st stall closest to the elevator for loading and unloading. Beaver Creek is great and this townhome is the perfect way to enjoy it. Arrowhead Village is a great locale to explore the Beaver Creek mountain from ... this townhome also had world class appliances, and every single thing we could need as guests. Clean, updated, well furnished, great appliances, plenty of tableware, ...... buy some groceries, eat in .... and ski all day! Thank you to the owners .... we had a great ski trip ... maybe next time we can stay longer. Thanks!!!

Fabulous condo, great location, amazing owner and just an overall perfect stay!

From the very start this was one of the best, stress-free reservations we have ever made! The owner, Richard was amazing! He made the process so easy and we seriously did not have to worry about a thing! We go to Vail/Beaver Creek every year and usually stay in the village or in right in the middle of Beaver Creek. This location was close to everything - dining, shopping, activities - literally everything! The pool (very clean and well maintained) was just steps away from the condo, which our kids loved! Richard even helped us find a place that would deliver a wheelchair for my 83 year old mother-in-law! Talk about amazing service!! The condo was completely furnished with all the necessities of home, including spices!! The place itself was gorgeous - the photos are 100% accurate. We loved staying here and look forward to visiting again! Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful!!

Hello - we are Sharon and Richard Cottrell both dentists living and practicing in Lake Forest, IL. We now get out to Colorado 5-6 weeks during the ski season and eventually plan to spend several months a year in the Vail Valley. It has been a pleasure getting to know our guests and hope you too will join us for a memorable week in the mountains. The number of families who have returned for a second or third time indicates that everyone must enjoy our place and the skiing as much as we do. Hope to hear from you soon ! ! !

Having graduated from the University of Colorado in 1967 my freinds and I have enjoyed skiing in the Vail Valley since the area first opened. After graduation I brought my parents to Vail hoping they might at least buy some land. They thought I was crazy to put it politely. In fact, my father felt he should be able to buy the entire valley for the price of the single home sites he was being shown. As I recall they were listed at a whopping $4,500 but you have to understand in the summer of 1967 the Vail Valley was still essentially deserted and nobody was predicting what ultimately happened over the next forty years.

Stupeified, my parents couldn't believe they wasted their money sending me to school in Colorado. But I had already decided that owning property in the mountains was going to be a priority and finally took the plunge in 1979.

So the motto we lived by back then and joke about today - Why go to college when you can go to Boulder?
