The apartment is ideally located in Les Issambres in the bay of Saint-Tropez near Saint-Raphael and Fréjus on one side and Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez on the other. The environment is calm, in the immediate vicinity of several sandy beaches, the first being 100 meters away. Numerous shops, restaurants and a few beachside clubs are easily accessible, but there is nothing to hinder the calm. There are many options for sporting activities (padel, water skiing, sailing, diving, cycling, golf, hiking ...) and cultural activities nearby as well as vineyard visits, fruit and vegetable picking, entertainment, markets. ..
Very quiet and perfectly soundproofed, the apartment is very new and located at the bottom of our villa with a gate and an independent entrance. Access is through the garden for the exclusive use of the apartment and equipped to eat pleasantly in the shade of the parasol or relax on a deckchair. A large outdoor rug allows children to play quietly in the garden. A Weber gas barbecue completes the outdoor space. The apartment, equipped with WIFI and three reversible air conditioning systems, is composed of a large room including the living room and a large kitchen, fully equipped with an island, new appliances including a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishes and glasses (wine, champagne, etc.) for 8 people, dishes for the children, a wide variety of baking and serving dishes, a kitchen bottom, etc. In the living room a television with Freebox, DVD player, bluetooth speaker ... The bedding is of high quality and the lilies are made upon your arrival. A first, bright bedroom is equipped with a 160X200 bed and a second bedroom, with safe, can accommodate adults and / or children with bunk beds, one of 140X200 and one of 90X200. The shower room is spacious and the walk-in shower with rain effect makes it easy to install a child's bathtub. It is equipped with a large capacity washing machine. The toilets are separate. There are many board games, books, DVDs and toys for children. Two parking spaces inside the gate and parking is easy and free on the street. A deposit of 700 € is requested on arrival and payable by check, cash or PayPal. This deposit is returned upon departure. We no longer want the site to charge this amount because a fee of € 50 is imposed on the traveler on arrival and € 50 is billed to us for the site to return this deposit.
