The Cottage features 3 bedrooms that offer pillow top mattresses, 3 bathrooms equipped with towels, soap and a hairdryer, gas log fireplace, washer and dryer, and a jetted tub in primary bathroom.
Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms, private decks and patios with chairs and/or rockers and barbecue grills throughout.
The Cottage includes a dining area for six, a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and cookware, full-size refrigerator and electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Small amenities include linens, ironing board and iron, clock radio, phones and a vacuum sweeper
The primary bedroom has a king bed and mattress, the second bedroom has a queen bed and mattress and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and mattresses. The unit has 2 adjoining living areas, each includes a double sleeper sofa for added sleeping accomadations. Wi-Fi, flat screen cable TV with DVD player in living room, TVs in all bedrooms, private decks and patios with chairs and/or rockers and barbecue grills throughout property. Small amenities include linens, ironing board and iron, clock radio, phones and a vacuum sweeper. Gorgeous swimming pools dot the resort along with community gas barbecue grills. The year-round Aquatic Center houses an indoor junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, jetted hot tubs, and much more. The grounds offer tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf and a jogging trail.

Minutes away by car you'll find great theme parks like Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Play at Kiskiack Golf Club or Go Karts Plus, and dine at popular hot spots like Doraldo, Opus 9 Steakhouse and Shorty's Diner. *Please note units are assigned at check-in, layout and decor may vary. Starting June 10, Outdoor pools are open 7am-10pm but times may vary so please check with the front office. The Aquatic Center indoor pool is open 7am to 10pm. Sauna and Steam Rooms– Are now OPEN. Gym — OPEN 7am-10pm. If there are any limited activities or concierge services guests will be notified upon check-in. Aquatic Center — The Aquatic Center is currently open 7AM-11PM. Recycle bins are located behind the Aquatic Center parking area. Cribs, high chairs, and additional cookware are available upon request for no additional charge. Linens for the sleeper sofa are located in the closet. Property does not supply roll-away beds or air mattresses. This property has professional cleaners and supervisors of cleaners who follow strict guidelines and protocols designed to prevent the spread of diseases and flu. These professional cleaners utilize hospitality-grade and EPA approved cleaning solutions and sanitizers.
