Located between sea and hills for your holidays we welcome you in a beautiful villa quiet and full of charm is embellished with a secure swimming pool of 10m x 5m x 1,20m, deckchairs and parasols available.
The garden and pool are fully fenced for the safety of your children and because we are in a dead end, there is very little traffic.
The villa is 5 minutes from the beaches of la ciotat by car.
The ciotat includes 9 beaches on 7 km of sand and 4 creeks.

We do not rent the villa for birthdays and parties, non-smoking indoors. The hosts are set back at the bottom of the garden in another accommodation.
We no longer accept groups of young people who are not accompanied by their parents as a result of irresponsible behavior.

The terms of stay, seasonal rental agreement / inventory will be sent by email after booking.
A deposit of 1000 € is required on the day of arrival (payable upon delivery of the keys) and will be returned if no damage on the day of departure.

A third bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and 1 cot (cot on request) The bed is made on arrival (sheets provided) with a shower and hairdryer in the room and a closet.
