This beautiful 770 sq ft condominium is a mountain adventurer's dream. Placed high in the Columbia Mountain Range above Golden British Columbia, this truly stunning ski in/ski out property will be your home-away-from-home while you explore this incredible area. This 2 bedroom, one bathroom condo can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the new pull-out couch converts to another queen bed. This unit is directly beside the Aspens Ski Trail, no roads or rocks to cross. A short 100m walk gets you up to a point where you can clip in and ride or ski down to the gondola, and when returning from the hill you can ski right to the door.

Be it Summer or Winter, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Golden have you covered. Mountain Biking, Hiking, Climbing, Via Ferrata, Grizzly Bear Interpretive Center, Wolf Interactive Center, Eagles Eye Mountain Top Restaurant, Fishing, Whitewater Rafting, Paragliding, Skydiving and the list goes on... The choices really are endless, as this locale boasts six of the most stunning National Parks Canada has to offer (Banff, Glacier, Jasper, Kootenay, Mount Revelstoke and Yoho.) and is Canada's Champagne Snow Capital with over 8 METRES (25 FEET) of snowfall recorded during the 2021/22 Ski Season!

When the adventure is complete, soak in your private hot tub located just steps outside the patio door, while you relax and unwind with a view like no other. The new hot tub in 2023 brings added luxury and comfort.

Condo Relaxo has a fully outfitted kitchen, propane BBQ and seasonal outdoor dining table. Condo rental includes wifi, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video, AppleTV, board games, cards and a large, comfortable table to sit around and tell the tale of your day’s adventures.

If restaurant dining is more your style, an 8 minute walk gets you to the Kicking Horse Mountain Resort base area, where you can enjoy a great meal at one of the 4 different restaurant options (subject to seasonal closures).

- The Winston Saloon - Cozy fireside cabin themed restaurant with a livelier nightlife

A 15 minute drive gets you down into the Town of Golden, where many more great culinary options await to suit any taste. A couple of our favorite spots are

And once you are done eating, the Town of Golden has a couple places to enjoy the mountain nightlife. Whitetooth Brewery is one of our favorite spots, feel free to take the growler from the condo down and get a cheap fill. There are a few other spots in town to carry on your evening, such as
