Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This spacious and sparkling clean 4-bedroom house is ideal for large families or groups. With two generous gathering areas, there's plenty of room to relax, play games, or enjoy movie nights together. Extra sleeping accommodations, including an air mattress and pads, ensure everyone is comfortable.

The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook at home—including a second refrigerator for extra storage. Outside, enjoy a peaceful backyard with a large grassy area, a BBQ grill, and a misting system to help you stay cool while you unwind.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home is just minutes from shopping, dining, the Cubs Spring Training Stadium, and easy access to the 202 freeway.

Kids will love the selection of toys, movies, and games, while adults will appreciate the calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the home.

Important to note:
We do not allow smoking, vaping, pets, or drinking parties. Outdoor quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m. Social drinking in moderation is welcome. Please review our full house rules before booking.

Monthly stays are welcome! A special discount is available for bookings of 28 nights or more.

Our host was super communicative and nice. We showed up to an extremely clean and comfortable house with welcome snacks. Perfect for the whole family. We left a very important stuffed toy and they sent it back to us right away !! If this house is on the list stay here it’s great!

Our stay at this Mesa home was absolutely incredible—easily a five-star experience from start to finish! The space was open, bright, and perfectly designed for both relaxation and fun. The home was spotlessly clean—every room felt fresh, organized, and welcoming the moment we walked in.We were so impressed by how thoughtfully stocked everything was. From a fully equipped kitchen with every cooking tool we could need, to a coffee maker ready for morning brews, to TVs, games, and puzzles for evening entertainment—it was all there. The variety of board games and kid-friendly books and puzzles made it perfect for families too. Laundry access was easy and convenient, and the entire setup made our stay completely stress-free.The neighborhood was another highlight—quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained. And best of all, the hosts, Natalie and Brad, were absolutely wonderful! They were so accommodating, kind, and genuinely sweet—making sure every detail was perfect and that we felt right at home.We can’t recommend this location enough and would happily stay here again. A huge thank-you to Natalie and Brad for creating such an amazing, comfortable, and memorable place to stay!

If I could give this stay more than five stars, I would. The hosts went above and beyond for our party every step of the way. My parents needed an early check in, they accommodated our request with no problem. The house was exactly as advertised and was a clean and beautiful place to stay. It provided us with all of the amenities we needed as my family and I celebrated a family wedding. The kitchen was well appointed and spacious, the bedrooms were nicely set up, and the back yard was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning or grill out dinner. We were able to iron clothes for the wedding and even watch our favorite team play a football game on the nice sized television. Our party included six adults, and on some level it would have been nice for the house to have three bathrooms; but we were easily able to make it work between the members of our group. When our flight was delayed last minute and we needed to stay an extra night, the hosts were accommodating and prompt to respond. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts.

I would highly recommend this property to those visiting the Phoenix area. It is exceptionally clean, inside and outside. Centrally located in the area. quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining. Rooms were spacious and no problems with anything during our stay. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Check-in was seamless. There were clear instructions sent ahead of time, and we were able to access the property without any hassle. The space itself was spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the little touches such as a guidebook with local recommendations, games and super comfortable furniture that made relaxing easy after long day at the river. We all wish we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the home more so we’ll definitely be back!

Book it!

We recently stayed here while traveling to a wedding. We have 3 young kids but the wedding was a no kids allowed event so we brought grandparents with us to babysit. This house fit us all comfortably and was incredibly kid friendly! One story meant we didn’t have to keep the 1 yr old off any stairs and there were toys to keep them entertained while at the house. We loved the floor plan, everything super clean and the location and hosts were great. If you are reading this and unsure, don’t hesitate. Just book it!

Week end visit

My family and I had a great experience in Brad and Natalies beautiful rental home. It was exceptionally clean with plenty of sleeping space for all 11 of us. They allowed us an early check in time to accomodate our 3 month old grandson. We are grateful.

Perfect Home

Natalie was an awesome host! We traveled from South Carolina to stay in Arizona for five days. The house met all of our needs and plus some. My daughters enjoyed the outdoor games and the toy kitchen. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to make dinners at home. It’s a perfect location! We hope to stay in the same house next year.

Perfect spot for a anyone but especially with young family!

My family came to AZ for a wedding in Mesa and this was the perfect spot! We had 2 young children traveling with us and this house was just perfect and catered to the family. It was child proofed (which my sister in law loved) and close to lots of activities. If I ever go to Mesa again, I'll definitely come back to this spot!

Thoughtful, clean and cozy.

The hosts have thought of everything. We are local but live on the other side of town and had a family wedding down the street. This house offered everything we needed, from toys for our toddler to yard games for our teen. The house is fully equipped, very clean, super comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, there were blinds and curtains helping keep the rooms dark which is key when you have a toddler. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic

We had a great VRBO experience with Brad and Natalie as our hosts. The house was very very clean and in excellent condition. We had our four adult kids, spouses and three grandchildren and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone for eating, playing games, talking, and just lounging around. We also spent a lot of time in the spacious backyard playing lots of different games that they had there. All communications with the hosts (before and during our stay) were excellent and timely and detailed. It really felt like a home away from home with all of the usual day to day necessities and conveniences in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, pantry and laundry room. The house was super comfortable and the location was excellent being very near stores, restaurants, things to do, etc. Would highly highly recommend this property and Brad and Natalie as hosts if you are in the Mesa area.

Why were we there?

The house is just as advertised. It’s clean, spacious, very well appointed with everything you need, very comfortable. We were working our beloved quilt show at the Mesa Convention Center for 4 days and our homes are just too far away, so we found the perfect VRBO to stay at. The hotels in Mesa are just too expensive. We worked very long hours and we all slept very well in the comfortable beds this home provided . It was perfect. Thank you so much.

Great location and friendly hosts!

Nice neighborhood, lots of food and coffee options close by. Walmart was only 5 minutes away for groceries as well. Plenty of room for our family of four.

Great family stay!

Super clean and comfortable stay. This home has great gathering areas. Our granddaughter loved the soft winter grass to play on in the backyard. Our married children loved having a comfortable place to stay while visiting family over the holidays.

Comfortable Immaculate Home

Spotlessly clean home. Plenty of beds and space for our group of 8. Comfortable mattresses and nice quality bedding and bath towels. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful back yard. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property if you need a big home for a large group!
