Exteriors

This great villa is located in the most stunning region in Italy. Tuscany offers a wide variety of landscapes, with rolling hills, vast vineyards and olive groves, the perfect sky and that countryside atmosphere that is so inspiring and relaxing for travelers and locals alike. Villa dei Miracoli is conveniently located just outside Pisa, a few km from its famous city center where the renowned Pending Tower stands.

Being in this region means being close to many of the most popular and fascinating art cities in the world. Florence, Siena, Venice and Milan are actually connected and they well deserve a visit.

The villa is surrounded by a very large garden. The front part is devoted to the swimming pool and solarium, with sun lounges for guests to lie down and enjoy the Tuscan sun. There is also a pool house here, which affords a kitchen, table and chairs, a shower and a dressing room. The parking lot and a garage with bikes are at the rear garden. There is also a tennis court and a football field, and the space is equipped and perfect to enjoy a meal outside, either during the day or in the evening. The ideal scenery to enjoy a special moment with your dear ones.

The villa boasts its own chapel as well. So this is also a perfect place to host a wedding and any other kinds of events and celebrations, and the capacity is up to 100 people inside and up to 300 people outside.


Interiors

This is a two-storey villa that can accommodate up to 27 people. There are extra beds and cribs available if requested, which makes it a perfect idea for large groups planning a special and unforgettable holiday in Tuscany.

The ground floor boasts several common areas, such as a dining room, a living room, a game room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and even a private chapel.

The first floor has a total of 11 bedrooms. A twin bedroom with private terrace and two double bedrooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi; a single bedroom and two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom share another bathroom with bathtub; and then there is one twin bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, and two double bedrooms with their own private bathroom with Jacuzzi or shower.

The second floor has other four bedrooms. Two double rooms, one single room and one twin room. There are two bathrooms on this floor; one is equipped with a bathtub, and the other one has a shower.
