House in very quiet residential area 2km from the beaches

You will stay in our house located in a very quiet residential area.
It is a single storey house of 120m2 with 4 bedrooms, 1 independent kitchen, 1 living / dining room, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom. The washing machine and dryer will be at your disposal. The house has high speed internet with Wifi.
The garden is 600m2. There is a table with chairs under a pergola near the gas barbecue. A relaxation area with lounge chairs and coffee table in the shade of an olive tree allows you to rest or have an aperitif.
A table tennis table is available in the garden.
A charging station for electric vehicles is available in the garden (type 3 socket).
The beaches are 2 km away. Local shops (bakery, supermarket, take-out pizza, pharmacy, doctor ...) are a few minutes' walk away.
You will have the choice of activities in La Ciotat and its nearby surroundings: the sea and its nautical activities, walks in the creeks, visiting Provençal villages and their typical markets (Le Castellet, Saint-Cyr sur mer, Bandol, Cassis. ..).
About half an hour away, you can visit Marseille or Aix-en-Provence.

End of stay cleaning is your responsibility.
If you wish, our cleaning lady can take care of it. The cost will be 50 €.

Construction work is underway a hundred meters from the house. This work can generate some noise during the day.
