Between the Fountain of Trevi and the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Spanish Steps; four cardinal points, four Roman splendors, places among those most noted worldwide, all reached within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

For the business traveler getting around is really easy. In Largo Goldoni or Piazza San Silvestro, reached in only 2 minutes on foot, find the taxi station, while in Piazza di Spagna find the underground station line A, central axis of the entire city. Finally, numerous bus lines that run in both directions on Via del Corso.

The recent renovation add a touch of preciousness. The apartment,can accommodate up to 4 people together in the bedroom and living room. On request it is possible to have an additional bed (bed linen included).
The flat is furnished with full kitchen and bathroom with shower.
And is not lacking all amenities necessary for relaxing after an intense day; Air conditioning, TV, satellite, DVD, internet.

Our stay was good. It is as stated in the description. The cafes around the area are very nice and friendly. Very nice location to walk to and from the Rome sites.

Great Rome location

If you need to be near the center of everything in Rome, this is your spot. We walked easily to the forum, St Peter’s, the Vatican Museum and trevi fountains. The apartment is nicely furnished, air conditioned comfortable and safe. We recommend it highly.

Excellent choice!

The apartment is in a lovely old building right off the Corso; what a great location! The local manager was very helpful and kind. Everything about the apartment was as I would have wanted. My first experience with VRBO and I'm delighted.

Great location

This apartment is minutes from everything. Enjoyed our stay. The sleeping is in the loft. The only drawback is the stairs are steep and no kind of hand rail. So mobility could be an issue. Otherwise, great property.

Great location

I cannot believe finding your apartment a second time after all these years. I love being in that area. Almost all the highlights of Rome, shopping to your heart’s content, restaurants all within walking distance. What else can anyone ask for? I’ve been talking about your place to anyone who would listen.

Perfect Location

We walked to Trevi Fountain, Temple of Hadrian, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori…and the list goes on. This apartment is very secure and close to so many sites. Great communication by host and the host’s site manager. There was information left in the apartment about how to navigate Rome which was very helpful. We loved being in the heart of it all. Thank you!

Great location

Right downtown in lovely Roma. Smaller than anticipated. Second bedroom was loft, so little privacy. Door to bathroom stuck badly and scared us that one of us we would get stuck in there. Otherwise wonderful with great cafe/bar right across the street!

Fanstastic place to stay!

While a little hesitant to stay in an apartment sight unseen, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. 2 of us stayed there for 6 nights and had a very comfortable experience. While the wifi is a bit spotty and the digital television stations weren't easy to figure out, the space is great and open, the location if amazing, the building is safe and Nicola was very helpful in every way. I would recommend this to anyone. I walked absolutely everywhere and can't imagine staying in a different area. I felt as close to a Roman local as possible! You will be taken care of here!

Great location. Right in the middle of everything.Bars,restaurant and super market on the door step.Walking distance to most attractions.Check in very easy. Felt very secure and safe. 2 females on their own. One main issue was that if you were using fold down bed in lounge, you had no where comfy to relax and chill had to sit on hard dinning chairs,(unless you wanted to put bed away each day). Not great after along day exploring and you wanted to chill. I would rate 4* .

Perfect location

Really great location, we did have to leave this location early as the apartment was broken into and we were robbed. Luckily we were not in the apartment at the time of the incident. Cash, bank cards, and some jewelry were stolen. This is a poor reflection of the city and this apartment. The apartment has a perfect location to give access to all of the attractions you want to see. The owner and manager have been helpful. As is with any tourist location you run a risk of this problem. We will probably never return to Rome.

Great Location in Rome!

The Ottoboni flat is perfectly situated for a visit to Rome. We visited with our 18 yo daughter for 5 nights and it was perfect for us. Although it mentioned that its close to the Spanish steps, it really couldn't be better situated for any place on your itinerary...close to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. We even walked to the Coliseum...no problem! The flat is just as it appears in the photos and the description. Nicola was very easy and attentive to work with. Although it was our first time renting an apartment in Europe, I would do it again. The apartment was just as we imagined and the cost was as well. No hidden charges or misunderstandings. If internet is important to you let Nicola know so she can get you the Web Cube. The regular service in the apartment didn't work for us.

Perfect location for travelers who want to be able to walk everywhere!

The Ottoboni Flat is located on the corner of Via della Vite and Via del Corso, a very major street in Rome! We walked to the Spanish Steps the first afternoon and they enjoyed a bus tour of the city the next morning. After that -- we walked everywhere: the Coliseum, St. Peter's Square, Trevi Fountain, the Pyramid, and to all the sites in between.. Although the flat is located above a very busy street, the window shutters allowed us to close out most of the noise. If it bothers you -- take ear plugs! The Coop market is within 2 blocks, has everything you will need, and the employees are very helpful. Although the twin beds are located upstairs, we utilized the fold-out sofa with a very comfortable and firm mattress. Mauro and Daniela were very helpful with our arrival arrangements and in orienting us to the flat and the area around the flat.

Excellent location and comfortable flat!

We stayed at the Ottoboni flat for 5 nights in February (me, my husband and my mother). Having never rented an apartment for a vacation before, I did not know what to expect. Any hesitations I had were immediately put to rest. Nicola was wonderful to work with and quite responsive prior to our arrival. We made arrangements for airport transfers and were literally dropped off at the door step. We found the entire experience to be wonderful and would stay here again if we ever came back to Rome. Not only is the location great, but the flat is more spacious than it appears in photos. Because of the loft, it has a very open feel and a sense of privacy with the bedroom upstairs. Everything you need is steps away, including cafe's, shopping, restaurants and a grocery store for making meals at home. As I mentioned, Nicola was wonderful to work with. She even came over to the flat to fix the satellite on the television and made sure everything was working properly. Our stay brought us over the weekend, and the streets didi get a bit noisy on Saturday night. We found closing the windows were helpful. I will note, if you prefer a firm bed the upstairs beds are perfect, but if you prefer a softer mattress you may find it to be a bit firm. That was the only drawback but a very trivial one. If you are considering staying here, definitely do as you can't beat the location and being right in the heart of Rome.

Situation exceptionnelle, le reste améliorable

Appartement très bien situé, proche des endroits à visiter dans une rue commerçante très vivante. Un peu de bruit le soir, ça va avec ... Façade en rénovation, impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre, bâche devant l'autre, des ouvriers parfois à notre fenêtre.........Même si ce n'est pas la faute du loueur, nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du service pour lequel nous avons payé, une ristourne aurait du être faite. Propreté moyenne, matelas moyens, pas d'alèse sur les matelas, la couverture n'est pas changée ou nettoyée entre deux clients (nous l'avons vu). Chauffage non règlable.

Excellent location

Back from a wonderful weeklong stay in Rome with family of 4. Wonderful location - less than 10 minute walk to Spanish Steps, Spagna Metro. Lots of restaurants and shops just outside the door. Supermarket 2 minutes away. On 4th floor, in a building with modern elevator. Can be noisy, especially on weekend evenings. Sound from lively streets outside is manageable with windows closed - if light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Sofa bed in main room was surprisingly comfortable. Our teens slept in the single beds in the loft and enjoyed it. Kitchen is small, but fully functional with full sized fridge/freezer and microwave. I was unfamiliar with the design of the washing machine, but once I figured it out, it was handy to have. Check in went very smoothly, received messages from the team a few days prior to arrival with directions and details.

Excellent Apartment

Very satisfied with apartment, facilities and location. Owner and manager extremely helpful as was the cleaning lady who helped us to extricate ourselves from a mistake of our own making! Only quibble was our having to pay 20 euro for checking in-unavoidably-late.

Wonderful!!

We stayed in this wonderful flat in early October. Before - and during our stay, communications with Nicola were excellent - Maridol greeted us on arrival and provided a tour of the facility, as well as directions to the market and taxi stand. This beautiful flat more than met our expectations, very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, it was so nice to be able to walk just about everywhere - truly located in the heart of the city and everything we wanted to see and do. We are happy to recommend this location - and the elevator is a bonus!!

Great location and service

My friend and I just returned from a week long stay in this apartment. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this property. The location is great and the price is very fair for what you get. The management is wonderful to work with, and respond quickly to any concerns. Oh, and my girlfriend says the ladies needn't worry about the bathroom as it is more than adequate! Thanks for a great time!

Great location, centrally located, and safe!

This apartment is located just off a very Main Street in Rome, and close to everything! We never used transportation because we were able to walk to all the sights!!! Landlord is very accommodating to any of your needs, and prompt to respond. Living room is very spacious, in fact, one of the largest of all the apartments we stayed at while traveling throughout Italy! Be sure the elevator is working , as this apartment is on the 3rd floor. If you are looking for location, you need to look no further!
